Changing Ourselves According To Situations Will Make Us Happy !

Happiness comes when there is self-sovereignty. Being a self-sovereign enables to have control over the self. If not, when there are negative or difficult situations, there would be sorrow. When there is control there will be no expectations from situations to change, but there will be the courage to change oneself. When things go wrong, instead of worrying or waiting for things to change, we need to remind ourselves that we are a self-sovereign and we will be able to bring about a change in ourselves. When we work on ourselves and change we can be happy.

Don't Think Much, Use Thoughts Required Effortlessly !

Introversion helps to manage thoughts better. With introversion we can very easily manage our thoughts since our mind will be free from waste and negative. Also when we are introverted, we find that there is no need to think as much as we do, but the thoughts required emerge effortlessly. Thus we are able to use our thoughts powerfully. When we find ourselves having a lot of thoughts due to some situation, we only need to sit in silence and practice going within ourselves instead of thinking too much about the situation. We need to make an attempt to experience the peace deep within ourselves and we will find we are getting calmer.

Detachment Enables To Understand The Importance Of The Virtue !

Balance makes life peaceful and happy. A life of peace is a life of balance. Sometimes, even a single negative thought or word can throw one out of balance. Even a virtue needs to be in balance. For instance determination, which provides energy and concentration necessary for any accomplishment can become stubbornness. So determination when balanced with patience and flexibility creates a life of happiness. When we have detachment whilst using a virtue, we are able to maintain balance. Otherwise we find that even a virtue to an extreme takes a negative form. Detachment enables us to recognize the importance of the virtue and use it in the right way, according to the requirement.

Be Free From Expectations And Attain Everything Without Any Difficulty !

To have a desire for the good act done is to eat unripe fruit. To have a desire to get the result of what one does is like eating unripe fruit. It is like following a shadow that will never be got. On the other hand, to do things because there is joy in doing it is to enjoy putting in effort. This also ensures that there is fruit attained at the right time. When we are able to do things because we enjoy them, we are able to be free from expectations. And because we are free from expectations and desires, yet working towards our aim, we find ourselves attaining everything without any difficulty. We are patient and wait with joy for the fruit of our effort to ripen.

Remain Light To Gain Easy Success !

To be light is to be free from the bondage of one's own weaknesses. To be light is to be free from the burden or bondage of waste thoughts and weaknesses. These traits within don't allow one to work with lightness. The waste binds the mind and so the efficiency is blocked. On the other hand, the one who is free from these weaknesses is free from bondages while doing everything. The one who remains light, remains up above and hence gains easy success. When we are light while doing our activities, we find ourselves working over our weaknesses easily and naturally. So, we feel free from the bondages of waste thoughts. This further enables us to discover hidden talents and potentials. This gives us the satisfaction of doing well and also enables us to experience easy success in every action we do.

Make An Impact On Others With Your Sweet Words !

Others experience sweetness when words are filled with the power of truth. False sweetness is saying that something is good without having taken the pains to find out what it is i.e., commenting on something superficial. Sweet words are those that are spoken after having understood the reality. In order for our words to make an impact on others, we must take time to see if we have really recognised the goodness in the other person. Each of our comments should be based on the truth that we have discovered in others and we will find others taking benefit from my words.

Maintain A Positive State of Mind !

To add the power of positivity is to finish negativity. The only way to finish negativity is to add the power of positivity. When there is someone who is using negative traits or if there is a situation, which brings negativity, it is necessary to fill oneself with the power of positivity. When this is done, words and actions are coloured with positivity, which colours others too. When we are faced withnegativity, it is important for us to maintain our positive state of mind. Instead of adding fire to something that is already on fire, when we are able to add the cool water of positivity, we are able to become an instrument of bringing change. We never blame others for the situation, but are always able to find resources to better the situation.

Remember You Are A One-Off !

Perhaps the most common habit we all learn to develop is to compare our self with others. Every time you compare yourself with another watch for thoughts like, "They seem to be doing better than me.... I wonder what it's like to be them... how come they get all the luck ... they are much better than me at that." Behind these thoughts you are really saying you would like to be them, live like them and be in the position they are in. In that moment you forget you are absolutely unique. You can only be your self. There is no one the same as you, and you can never be the same as someone else. If you keep thinking in this way you only sustain an underlying sense of failure which eats away at your self-respect and self-esteem. Never compare your self with anyone else, realise and remember you are a one-off!

With our tirelessness, we ensure success even when the worst challenges come our way.

Contentment Gives Rise To A Creative Mind !

Contentment brings an experience of all other virtues. Where there is contentment, there is surely an expression of all that is lying within. There is no need to look for external supports or signals to bring out what is within, but it is naturally used to make the best out of every situation. Contentment also brings about a desire to be better and better so one is able to work towards this end. When we are content we are able to have a state of mind that is creative. So we are able to tap the inner resources for our own personal growth. We are able to creatively work with our own inner virtues and are able to add them even to the little acts that we do. Be Naturally Victorious !

To have power means to enjoy the variety of life. When there is the inner strength there is enthusiasm to give the best and also to learn and improve with every obstacle. To work with inner power is to be like a skilled player whose focus is on enjoying the match too rather than just on winning. When we have learned the art of focusing on our strengths, we are able to enjoy the variety scenes that life brings for me. We would enjoy dealing with all these different scenes in a natural and easy way, and also be naturally victorious. And so we have the benefit of double enjoyment.

Possess A Peaceful, focused And Divine Mind !

Don't give your mind permission to get disturbed. A disturbed mind is easily influenced. This will cost you your peace. Learn to maintain your peace by freeing yourself from attachments. Competing or comparing yourself with others will not allow you to focus inwards. An inner focus allows you to keep your eye on your higher self. Rememberyour original nature. It allows you to forge a link with the Divine. Then it becomes easy to recognise useless thoughts and replace them with a spiritual perspective. A calm mind is not just peaceful, it is focused, self-directing and Divine.

Engage Your Mind In Positive Activity !

The most important part of you is your mind (not your brain – the brain is the hardware and the mind creates the software). Care for your mind, make friends with it, always feed it healthy food, engage it in positive activity, exercise it with knowledge and wisdom. Like a garden returns fragrance and beauty according to the care invested, so your mind will repay you with thoughts, ideas and visions of great beauty when tended and invested with care. Your mind is not made of matter but it does matter what you give it and what you create with it. Where your mind goes, you go. What your mind creates becomes your destiny.

Expand Your Creative Capacity !

Is life an obstacle course? Sometimes it may feel like it. If you join the military you will be sent around an obstacle course of increasing degrees of difficulty. Why? To increase your strength and stamina and expand your creative capacity under strain. So it is on the course called 'life' - you can choose to perceive people, situations or events as obstacles, or you can choose to use these things to strengthen and expand your capacity to be creative and to find ways round, under, over. The choice lies in your perception. Obstacles are never ever 'out there', they are always in our own minds.

Keep A Check On Your Acts !

To check regularly means to bring about a change. When there is any negative action performed, there is an immediate feeling of guilt and a desire not to perform it again. But the checking also needs to be at a level where it never repeats again. Maintaining a chart of one's own weakness means checking regularly. Such checking brings about a permanent change. When we are able to maintain a chart where we could monitor our own progress, we are able to remain committed to our transformation. Adverse situations or people will never deter us, but we are able to bring about the desired change. We are able to continue the process of transformation even when what we seek to change is not harmful in the present phase of our lives. Thus regular checking will prevent carelessness from creeping in.

Differences in thinking don't matter as they are used to provide an environment for growth. When we are open to the world of others, we are able to create harmony in relationships. Develop Genuine Feeling Of Love !

There is victory for the person who opposes the weaknesses instead of the person. Instead of trying to win over a person who displays any negative qualities, one needs to oppose the negativity itself. The one who knows the art of doing this will never do anything to encourage the weakness in the other person but will provide all help to finish it fully. Since we are able to look at the weakness only and are trying to find it, we will be free from negative feelings of dislike and hatred. Great Intelligent Sentences !

We all have a relationship with everything. Obviously the relationship we have with the people and objects in our immediate vicinity is more intimate than the rest of the world. For most of us the most common relationship is possession. In our minds we think we own and possess things like cars and houses and carpets and golf clubs etc. This thinking easily spreads into jobs and tasks and positions and perhaps even other people. "I want you", and "You are mine alone", is the essence of many romantic film scripts and song lyrics. What we forget is that this relationship is wrong. It is not possible to possess anything. Care for..yes. Use...yes. But possess...no. You can't take it with you when you go, so we say! And yet it's the idea of possession which lies at the heart of all fear, war and conflict. Can you see it? Fear of loss, fear of not acquiring what we have already decided is ours in our minds. So what is a better relationship we can choose which takes all the fear away. Be a trustee. Everything comes to us in trust, for us to use and then to set it free. The consciousness of trustee sets us free of the tension of grasping and guarding. To see ourselves as trustees of everything that we receive, including our bodies, encourages our innate capacity to 'care for with dignity'. It is a much more relaxing way of relating to the things which we are privileged to receive in life.

Make Optimum Use Of Your Resources !

Fortune is in one's own hands. To have fortune in one's own hands doesn't mean to have it in the lines of one's hands. It means to have the ability to make the best use of all the resources available. When they are put to the best use, they naturally increase. Through actions one can draw the line of fortune as long as desired. When we are able to create an elevated fortune for ourselves, we are able to become an inspiration for others too to create an elevated fortune for themselves.

An Inspiring Message !

Every action has an equal and opposite reaction. Whatever I do, when all is said and done, I do for or to myself. Perhaps I should think before I perform actions because after the seed of action is sown I have to reap the fruit. Moreover, I do not receive only one fruit for every seed sown, I often get a whole crop, good or bad according to the action or seed.

Develop Faith In Others And Help Them !

If there is a need to take responsibility for something, then of course, you should. However, if a situation is not your business, or someone else is in charge, then don't get caught up in it. If you want to help, you can still involve yourself in a more subtle way through faith. Faith in others does a lot of work. It doesn't mean blind faith - observing helplessly while keeping your fingers crossed - it means to remain alert to what's going on, and then to fill another with the strength of your faith to such an extent that they feel able to do whatever needs to be done. This means having faith, but also donating the power of your faith. If the other person is honest and truthful, your faith will work for them. In this way, we can learn to truly help each other.

Correct Others Effectively With Sweetness !

Correction with sweetness is more effective than words spoken with anger. We need to be sweet while we have to correct or point out someone's mistake. When we do that, what goes across to them is the feeling and not the words. If there were to be anger or dislike while correcting them, the response we get would be negative too. When we do have to correct someone, it is necessary to remind ourselves to be sweet, not just in our words, but in our attitude as well. For this we need to practice having good wishes for the one we want to bring a change in. Love combined with sweetness will surely work, and we'll definitely be able to notice a change.

Words and actions are only those that are beneficial for the other person. Our positivity keeps us free from blaming others and enables us to be rich with the variety of experiences that we get. Also others are able to find a safe harbour in us, which gives an environment for the other person's growth. Detachment Helps Us To Do Our Best !

Detachment brings perfection. When there is detachment, there is the ability to see things for what they are. One is not colored with one's own feelings and attitudes, but there is the ability to be free from them. So the words and actions that emerge are naturally free from past experiences. So there is the best ability to use the resources available and so there is perfection. Since we are detached, we are able to be in the present and enjoy whatever is available with us. We are able to bring out and experience the inner perfection. We are not colored with past experiences nor do we limit our own inner powers because of them. We are able to do the best even while experiencing full freedom.

Enjoy Life With A Happy Inner State Of Mind !

The nourishment of happiness keeps one healthy. To be happy means not to be influenced with the external stimulus for the internal state of happiness, but to discover the joy within. So the one who is constantly in touch with the internal state of happiness is able to express this happiness. The one who is free from internal dis-ease is the one who is free from disease. We are able to enjoy the beauty of everything when we are able to maintain our own inner state of happiness. Our body, mind, relationships, everything is healthy because of this internal state of mind. We are able to enjoy everything we do too and experience constant progress and success.

Become Truly Trustworthy !!!

The one who is honest is the one who becomes trustworthy. To be honest means to be honest to oneself too. It is not just being honest or truthful with others. The one who is honest is the one who is able to discover the resources within and use it for the benefit of the self and of others. So he is able to be available for whatever task he is supposed to do. When we are honest with all the resources we have, we find ourselves enriched further. The more we use our resources for the benefit of all, the more we are able to become trustworthy. Others are able to rely on us and we are able to live up to the expectations of others by doing to the best of our ability.

Color Your Life With Your Own Virtues !

To experience inner virtues is to spread fragrance. Like a rose which continues to spread its fragrance to everyone it comes into contact with, the one who is in touch with inner qualities and virtues is able to do the same. When there is the experience of the inner qualities, there is a natural expression of these qualities in every act and in every interaction. When we are able to constantly be in touch with our inner qualities, we are able to experience the positivity in everything we come into contact with. We remain happy and content with whatever life brings our way, yet we can continue to make the best of every situation, colouring it with our own virtues.

Be Calm And Tension Free !

To have attention is to be free from tension. Tension comes when little things are neglected and they result in big things. The attention that is needed is not paid and so they result in tension. When there is attention at every step, little things are taken care of. Attention also means constant checking of the self and introspection, which brings self-correction immediately. When we have attention on little things, we are able to keep our mind cool and calm. Challenging situations or people don't take us away from our state of well-being. As we are in constant touch with our own inner qualities, we are free from the influence of the outside environment and we move on towards further empowerment.

Best Intelligent Thought !

The one who is generous gets everything and is yet free from desires. When we are generous we would have no expectations from others or situations. Then we are able to appreciate all the good things that life brings our way. Also the more we are able to be beyond desires the more we find that what is right comes to us. When we find ourselves expecting something, we need to tell ourselves that we will surely get what is right for us. So we need not ask for anything, but enjoy and use everything that comes our way for our benefit and for the benefit of others.

Truthfulness Helps You To Be Stable !

Stability comes where there is truth. If we are arguing to prove ourselves right, we are not actually in our stable stage. It is of course necessary to clarify for accuracy, but it is not necessary to argue with stubbornness. If we are arguing, it means we are not convinced about the truth. When involved in an argument with someone, we need to check if we are convinced of the truth of what we are arguing about. If we are sure, then we need to remind ourselves that we needn't argue because truth will be revealed on its own. This will ensure our stability in that particular situation. Then we can clear things out with a cool mind.

Humility Helps To Perfect Yourselves !

Humility brings learning. Where there is humility there is willingness to learn. When humility is lacking, ego comes which doesn't let us learn from all situations and people. The power of humility enables us to learn and move forward. When we're faced with criticism, we need to see what we can learn from it, instead of feeling bad about it. Even things that go wrong have something to teach us, if we are willing to learn. With humility we continue to learn.

Stability Makes You Strong !

Stability is to remain unshakeable, without any fluctuation in all situations. If we have no stability, even small things begin to upset us. When we have the power of stability, we can be unshakeable in all opposition i.e., even in unfavourable situations. When things are not going very smooth, it is necessary to remind myself that nothing is permanent. When we have the faith that things will surely change, we will be able to maintain our stability in all situations.

Humility Creates Enthusiasm !

The more one is humble, the more there will be success. Humility gives wings to fly. It gives enthusiasm based on inner truth and we can easily move forward. When there is no humility we find ourselves being pulled back again and again by the difficult situations that we ourselves have created. When we do something, we first have to ensure that we are enjoying it and keep reminding ourselves of the joy that we are deriving out of it. Then we are free from the desire for recognition or praise. Then we will find ourselves succeeding in the task that we undertake and we will be appreciated too.

Humility Makes You Virtuous !

Where there is humility, there is benefit to many. Just as the tree laden with fruit bows down, the one who is full is the one who is humble. Such a person can bring benefit to all those around. Humility makes us a giver in all situations, also making it easy for others to take what we have to offer. In all our interactions with others, It ismore important to see what we can give them, instead of just expecting from them. Then, even when we have to follow others' directions there would be no difficulty. Humility helps us to bow very easily.

Have Only Clear And Positive Feelings For Others !

Humility comes from an open and clean heart. Humility needs a good home to dwell in. When the mind is filled with negative feelings or biased ideas towards anyone, we cannot use humility. So we need to fill our mind with positive thoughts towards everyone. If we have negative thoughts towards anyone, we need to make an attempt to remove them. We need to tell ourselves that what we don't like about a person is just one particular aspect and not the person himself. In this way we will be able to change our own attitude and also will help the other person to bring about change.

Great Humble Thoughts !

Humility enables people to realize their mistakes and correct themselves. Real humility results in so much power of truth that we don't need to say anything at all in words. The very power of our inner state of being will make the other person realize the error of their ways. While giving directions or corrections to someone, we need to check our own attitude, reminding ourselves of the humility within and only then say what we have to say. With humility our words will be for their benefit and this will enable them to learn.

Self Respect Is Important !

The one who has respect for the self is the one who gets respect from others. Every human being has innate worth which is pure and virtuous. Faith in the self brings out the potential within and this brings respect for the self. Self-respect makes us self-reliant and brings respect from others. In order to get respect from others, we need to increase our own self-respect. For this, all we need to do is find something unique in ourselves and each morning remind ourselves of this speciality. Also let us make sure we work at least once with this speciality throughout the day.

Possess The Power To Listen !

In silence lies the ability to listen; to listen to ourselves, to others and to God. Listening is a lost art. Without it we cannot communicate, we cannot relate to each other and so we cannot live life meaningfully. We need to learn to listen. Sitting in silence allows us to listen to ourselves and to understand. This silence can heal. The worries, the pain can be healed when we listen. Spiritual medicine is ever-present in the soul. Whenever we need it, to whatever extent we need it, we can find it within.

Create Powerful Thoughts & Make Wise Decisions !

Deep inside our consciousness is an oasis of peace. This is the molten core of the soul, but it is not hot, it is cool. Not passive, but a source of inner power to fuel our mind and intellect, so that we can create powerful thoughts and make accurate decisions. If you can learn to go to this centre, peace will be your companion, positivity your partner, and you will be able to chill out in one second, anywhere, anytime. Returning to the centre of yourself is the journey of one second. It is the regular destination of clever souls. And it is the source of your power and peace.

Experience Your Specialties And Free Yourself From Complexities !

Simplicity comes with love for internal solitude. When I develop love for internal solitude, I'll be able to go within and experience the qualities and uniqueness within myself. Then, instead of searching for happiness from outside, I'll be able to experience the happiness within whilst facing everything that life brings. Each day I need to give a little time exclusively for myself. I need to make an appointment with myself and spend that time in talking positively to myself and experiencing my own uniqueness and specialty. With recognition of these qualities I find my life becoming free from complexity.

Power Of Truth Makes Us Victorious !

Fearlessness comes when there is the power of truth within us. When we are constantly truthful, we will have nothing to fear. In all the challenges we face everyday we will be able to maintain our faith and courage because of our power of truth. Let us make sure our actions are based on truth and when things go wrong, we will still be able to be fearless. We need to keep reminding ourselves that we have the power of truth with us and we will be victorious, whatever may be the challenges that come our way.

Enthusiasm In Your Work Does Miracles !

Enthusiasm makes even difficult things easy. Enthusiasm makes the biggest obstacle look like a very tiny one. It makes even a storm(toofan) to be like a gift(tohfa) and makes us enjoy each situation like a game. And when we have the awareness that there's nothing that is difficult, we can surely achieve what we want to. We should be able to change our consciousness in such a way that when obstacles come our way, we should automatically be filled with more enthusiasm to work at and overcome these obstacles. With our enthusiasm we will surely find a way to make things happen.

Encourage Use Of Virtues In Others !

Looking at the virtues in others fills them with enthusiasm. The best way of filling others with enthusiasm is to look at and relate with the virtues of others. Even if they are disappointed with themselves, when you relate to them with their virtues, you actually encourage them to use them and they are filled with enthusiasm too. It is good to check our behaviour throughout the day, if any of our words or actions are hindering others' progress or if we are able to help others through our words by filling them with enthusiasm. We must always keep an aim of filling others with enthusiasm.

Bring A Positive Change With The Power Of Silence !

To experience divinity is to experience the power of silence. The instrument for the power of silence is to be connected to our own inner divinity. We can spread the fragrance of our virtues to all we meet. So the mind is silent and carefree under all circumstances. When we experience the power of silence we will become more powerful. We will then be able to experience peace that will naturally spread to others too. When we have to correct someone in any situation we first need to remind ourselves that words will not work but silence based on an experience of our own divinity will surely work. When we accept the person as he is with love connecting to his inherent divine nature, we will be able to bring about a change in him.

Use Your Inner Power To See The Brighter Side !

The power within changes even hopeless situations into hopeful ones. All of us have so much power within that we are able to see the brighter side of the situation when we use this power. Where there is power, there is happiness and this automatically makes the most hopeless situations into something beautiful. Thus we can be peaceful and happy. When we are able to maintain this stage we find that things change for the better too. Let us think of one situation that we're not happy with. Let us use our inner power to accept the situation as it is without expecting it to change. This acceptance will give us the faith that things are happening for the best. With this faith even the most hopeless situation will turn positive.

Connect Yourselves Positively To Your Weaknesses !

To be sincere in removing weaknesses is to have the power to overcome them. While it is important to recognize strengths, it is also important to recognize and acknowledge weaknesses. With honesty, when we understand our weaknesses, with sincerity we are able to work and have the power to overcome them. We are then able to find the right method too. Let us take a positive thought connected to our weakness and remind ourselves of that thought at least 5 times a day. For example, if our weakness is anger, let us remind ourselves of our inherent peace with thoughts like 'I am a being of peace' 'peace is inherent within me'. When we practice sincerely with this we find that the power within emerges, emerges strength finishing weakness (peace emerges finishing anger).

Benefit Others With Your Specialties !

Awareness of inner power brings the capacity to use the inner treasures. We have within us a lot of treasures - the treasures of thoughts, time and virtues that we have not been using fully. The power within us enables us to recognise and use these treasures in a worthwhile way. The more we are able to work with them we find themincreasing. We need to remind ourselves of the treasures within ourselves and try and discover which treasure we have that we can work on. Even if we think of a simple specialty of ours which we could make use of, we would find it increasing and we would find others benefiting too.

Make Best Use Of Your Fortune !

There is happiness in distributing the fruit of your fortune with generosity. The more you remember your fortune of what you have attained, the more you will enjoy sharing it with others. And the more you give your own treasure it increases too. Each one has his own share of fortune. Think of all those things that you have for which you would consider yourself fortunate. When you begin to look at these things you will stop expecting but make the best use of what you have.

Pure Motivational Quote !

There is a voice within which occasionally gets our attention and tries to remind us of how good and beautiful we are! It calls us from a time long... ago when we first arrived for our journey in and through time and space. Those first moments were filled with pure joy, pure play, pure adventure. Whenever you meet someone today with a pure, innocent and trusting heart let them remind you of yourself during those first early years. They invoke the purity of your own heart, and invite you to be innocent again. It also shows you one of the greatest keys to real relaxation. It is the truth that we are all pure in heart...forever. It is only what we accumulate and learn from the world around us that blocks and clogs our heart. All evil is learned and fortunately can be unlearned. All depression is the result of the illusion that we have lost something, when in truth, we cannot lose what is of true value to us, the eternal qualities of our own spirit, our own self. In a quiet moment today, listen for your hearts call. It will tell you everything is really fine, there is no need to struggle, and that you are beautiful just as you are...and you will be again!

Use Your Specialties For Someone’s Benefit !

To be generous hearted is to bestow others with specialities and virtues. When you are generous you will become cooperative and enable others to become virtuous through your virtues and fill others with your specialities. The more you use your specialities in this way, the more you will find them increasing. Think of something that is very special in you. Today take the thought of using this speciality of yours for someone's benefit. Not only will others benefit with this, you will find yourself improving too.

Intelligent Inspirational Thought !

To be stable means to be firmly set on the seat of self-respect. When we are stable in the seat of self-respect, we will be able to take criticism in the right way. If we work with ego, we will be upset by even a little criticism that comes our way. On the other hand, our stage of being in a stage of self-respect will enable us to learn fromall situations. When someone criticises us, we need to tell ourselves that "I am a leader", for it is only a leader who is criticised. We should check and see if we can learn something from the comment that we get and incorporate it in our lives. If there's nothing for us to learn we just have to set ourselves in our seat of self-respect.

Judge Your Thoughts Properly !

Despite appearances, people may be doing the best they can. Think that no one is to blame, and humility in your attitude will enable everyone to move forward. Judge whether your thoughts, words and actions are beneficial to the scene in which you find yourself. Focusing on your own part is more useful than passing judgment on others.

Simplicity Has Its Own Charm !

Simplicity sharpens the power of perception. When there is simplicity within me, the clouds or layers that prevent my perception begin to fade away and I can see the situation clearly. With simplicity I find that there is nothing to colour or change my perception and naturally the decisions that follow become accurate too. Before I take any important decision I need to stop for a while, detach myself from the situation and see it with a cool mind. With this my thoughts will become free from all kind of associated memories and unnecessary attitudes and I will be able to make the right decision.

Meditation Teaches You To Think Positively !

When God walks into your life, it is like a laser beam passing across your being. The light restores beauty and value, even if what is visible at first glance is less than beautiful. Blessings Are A Boon !

Blessings are not valued until they are gone.' So much is overlooked and so much of our actions are automatic that it is as if nothing special ever happens. Nothing stays the same. The situations we find ourselves in today can change in the twinkling of an eye and the freedom and amenities we took for granted can disappear. We need to stop and count our blessings and see how fortunate we really are.

Possess A Smiling Face !

We all know and remember a smiling person - someone whose heart seems to radiate through their teeth. And when they do, notice how it's almost impossible not to smile back...unless you are feeling very, very grumpy! So if you don't feel a smile coming on - why not do it anyway. Not only does it transform your inner chemical production and create 'happy hormones', but when people are on the end of your smile, they smile back (well most do). And if you really don't genuinely feel like smiling at life, the universe and everybody - fake it until you make it!

Highly Important Quote !

Each one of us is a walking radiator. Mostly we radiate thoughts and attitudes. From deep within we radiate our state of being, and the essential, original and eternal state of every being is peaceful and loving. But we block and distort this energy with our attachments. Attachments turn love into fear, peace into anger and then distort our attitudes and actions towards others. This is neither relaxing for ourselves, or for those around us. Which is why detachment is the secret to living lightly and lovingly. To be a radiator that people come to for real warmth, what do you need to detach from today? If you don't detach then you will stay attached, and then you will see others and life itself as a threat, and your tension will keep them away. But they cannot threaten you. Only your dependency on a thing, or an idea, or an opinion can be threatened. Come on...what needs to be released today? What needs to be released so the light can come through?

Magical Positive Thoughts !

Life experiences are like sentences - we are always looking for the full stop, the conclusion. It's OK to end a train of thought, but not thought itself. Thoughts are the beginning of our creation and are here to be creative. Thoughts are like the magic carpet on which the soul rides across eternity - in reality, there are no endings, noconclusions. Rest for the spirit (which is what we are) is when we allow only the current of the purest thoughts to flow through our mind - thoughts which carry good wishes and blessings for ourselves and others. This is not so much going with the flow, as being in the flow, and being refreshed by the flow. It is how we refresh ourselves. For when we have powerful, positive thoughts for and about others, who experiences them first?

Become A Source Of Inspiration To Others !

The best service is to keep shining with inner specialities. Everyone wants to become a source of support and help to others. Attempts are made to do something, which will help others. But the real service that one can do is to discover the inner qualities that are present and use them in simple activities. These specialities add quality to the task, and become a source of benefit and joy for those around. When we are able to add quality to what we do, we automatically become a source of inspiration for those around us. Then we don't have to do a lot of things to be helpful to others, but our very life will become useful for those around us, and many more. We will have the joy of doing even simple things in a beautiful way.

Use Your Specialities To Improve Your Actions !

A single speciality can add beauty to every word and every act. Each and everyone have a unique speciality that is reflected in the actions from time to time. But the one who is aware of these specialities in a conscious way, is able to add quality and beauty to everything that is spoken or done. Nothing is waste or even ordinary but everythingbecomes special. As we have the constant aim of using our speciality in everything that we do, we are able to experience success both in what we do and also in all our relationships. We are able to make everything more meaningful and powerful. We are not caught up with the ordinariness or the negativity of the situation, but are able to enjoy the moment by colouring it with our own special quality.

Focus Attention On Self By Practicing Honesty !

To live with honesty is to learn constantly. The one who is honest practices the truth in daily life. Honesty enables to focus attention on the self instead of looking wastefully at others or their weaknesses. It enables to bring knowledge into practice. It enablesone to be free from excuses. Thus there is constant learning and constant change for the one who is honest. Where there is honesty we are free from feelings of laziness, fear or dependence. When we are honest there is a deep desire within us to change and we make ourselves available for every little thing that will enable us to bring about a change. We are willing to change constantly, progressing and improving with each and every situation.

Have Self Respect And Take Responsibility For Your Actions !

The key to responsibility is self-respect. When anything goes wrong, an individual is not willing to take the responsibility for his own choice. Instead it becomes very convenient for him to blame others for the mistake. Lack of self-respect abstains one to take the responsibility for the choice that he has made. So his words and actions reflect excuses and justifications. When we have self-respect and are able to maintain our inner positive consciousness, we are able to continue having this consciousness wherever we are, and are able to feel the ease of accepting the consequences of our actions. We are able to learn from everything that happens in our life, having taken the responsibility of our actions.

Humility Is A Great Virtue !

Free yourself from forcing, expecting or wanting someone to receive what you think they should take - it could be your idea, opinion, or an opportunity you think they should accept - you can't make anyone take anything - your own experience probably confirms this. Offer humbly. Offer gently. Offer as if you are a master, and then let go, and retire like a shy child. When you can dance the dance between being master and child, you'll be surprised how much more others will accept what you have to say, and how much more they appreciate your offerings.

Spread Love And Experience The Sweetness Of Relationships !

To have love is to fill words with sweetness. It is difficult, if not impossible, just to try and make the words sweet. Even with the greatest attention only an attempt could be made at a superficial level to make words really sweet. Real sweetness comes when there is love in the heart. This love enables one to be sweet in allinteractions. When we have love in our heart for others as well as for ourselves our feelings are always filled with good wishes. We will experience the inner sweetness, which then spreads around to others too. When we have good wishes we will be sweet in all our words. Thus we experience the sweetness of relationships.

Use Your Treasures For The Benefit Of All !!!

The one who brings benefit to each and everyone is a true benefactor. Each one has immense treasures that can be contributed to those around, but the one who is a benefactor surely finds reasons and excuses to use these treasures constantly for the benefit of all. True benefit lies in giving some or the other positive input to each and everyone who happens to come one's way. When we have the constant desire to bring benefit to everyone around us, we are naturally free from all kind of expectations. We don't expect others to change according to our needs and desires, but are able to bring about achange in ourselves according to the requirements of time. So we experience constant improvement.

An Intelligent Thought !

Many believe it is ignorant to trust the innate goodness of human beings, because you will be taken for a ride. But won't this mistrust gradually affect my own character and perception of life? Is it worth being insecure at every step just because others are dishonest? It is only when I have unreasonable expectations of others that I get disappointed with their inability to reciprocate my love and trust. God loves me irrespective of whether I am worthy of His love. His faith in me is so pure and powerful that it transforms me. Let me give as God gives; let me trust as God trusts.

Focus Your Attention On Power And Divinity !

There are times when my mind faces inertia: it can either be that the fast speed of thoughts is tough to control, or there is a lack of enthusiasm to think new and differently. An efficient driver has good control over both the accelerator and brake. Similarly, my day runs smoothly when I can operate the mind and intellect to maneuver the flow of thoughts and generate productive thoughts as I wish. The best way to enhance my mind is to take few minutes out at regular intervals to clean out unnecessary and waste thoughts, and focus my attention on the Supreme Ocean of Power and Divinity.

Use Your Mind Positively !

Imagine owning the finest instrument in the world and not knowing how to maintain or operate it at its optimum? This is the irony we face with nature's most valuable gift: the mind. It is a fertile piece of land, which does not discriminate between good and bad seeds, or thoughts. Whatever I the soul sow (or think), the field of my mind will automatically nurture and reap fruit accordingly. Just as choosing a career is not taken lightly, when I value my thoughts and 'think' before I think I can save myself a lot of energy and time.

Connect Yourself With The Spiritual World !

Many of us don't like to be 'superstitious' but in some way or the other we all tend to believe in the influence of objects, omens, places or destiny... An intellectual mind usually discards such notions saying nothing external can really influence the human spirit. However, spirituality shows us a balanced approach: although nature and physical objects/places are inanimate, the thoughts and feelings experienced by human souls permeate the environment and remain. Since the relationship between soul and body is intimate and powerful, anything the body experiences (be it intake of food or contact with physical world) will affect the soul. If the environment I live in is physically and spiritually pure, it is easier for me to increase my soul power.

Shine With Your Inner Beauty !

Can I detach from the various personalities I play during the day (daughter, parent, boss, employee, student) and talk to myself one-on-one? Is it good enough to fulfill my daily responsibilities or do I value my spiritual self too? Sometimes I may avoid thinking about the inner self because it's a little scary to face my weaknesses and come to terms with not-so-good past actions. However, it's a fact that whatever is real and true lives on despite the amount of alloy mixed in or accumulated layers of dust. Would the world be just as beautiful if we had left all the impure gold or raw diamonds buried away? I must learn to value myself, an eternal spirit of divinity, and do all I can to make it glow...

Share Your Goodness With All !

Regardless of the existing splendor of the artificial modern world, we are genuinely impressed by anything that is natural, such as beauty of nature and its living creatures, wonders of the human body, amazing creative abilities of the human intellect etc. We tend to unknowingly connect or harmonize with people or things that mirror our qualities of peace, balance, stability or the values we aspire for. However, a piece of artistic beauty, place of entertainment or worship etc gives memorable but short-lived experiences. As my Supreme Parent and Companion, God alone can empower me with the will to actually live by these cherished values. When I give more time to contemplate on His greatness and purity, I develop the courage to unveil and share my own goodness with all.

Focus Your Energies On Your Goal !

While moving towards my destination, I tend to get distracted with even the little things that happen. Even a small negative or positive incident is enough to distract my thoughts from my destination. I am sometimes so busy with such things that my vision moves away from my destination and I stop moving forward. I need to first clarify my goal. Once I have done this, I need to take care that my vision is focused on it. Even when situations come by, trying to distract me I need to remind myself that these are only side-scenes which are not important for me. It is more important to keep my energies focused towards the goal.

Overcome Difficult Situations With Patience !

When difficult situations come our way, we tend to create a lot of waste questions in our mind. These waste questions only fill our mind with negativity draining us out of our energy. At that time, it seems natural to have such thoughts and we are caught up only with such thoughts, leaving no space for constructive thoughts. When difficult situations come our way, we need not be caught up with why it happened but we need to make effort to fly. We need to find a way to empower ourselves that we become stronger than the situation, so that we are able to fly above it. Then the situation would appear tiny and we would be able to overcome it in a second.

Use Your Specialities With Great Joy !

When a situation is good we are able to use our own specialties, but when the situation is not so good, we tend to come back to ordinary or waste. So we are constantly waiting for opportunities to reveal our own specialty and at other times being colored by the negativity or ordinariness of the situation. When we are aware of our own specialties in a conscious way, we are able to add quality and beauty to everything that we speak or do. Nothing of ours is then waste or even ordinary but everything we do becomes special. We are able to make everything more meaningful and powerful. We are not caught up with the ordinariness or the negativity of the situation, but are able to enjoy the moment by coloring it with our own special quality.
