Intelligent Positive Thinking !

When my expectations for a task or another person are unfulfilled, I sometimes attribute it to my weaknesses or unworthiness. I may accept the disappointment and even forget the incident but sub-consciously allow it to hamper my self-respect. Ambitions or relationships are not appendages of my identity. They are vital in shaping my personality and taking me ahead, however I need to be prudent in not permitting them to distort how I see myself. Only my God knows me precisely for what I am and what I will be. With this faith and confidence, let me see every experience as a brick thrown towards me to build a strong foundation for my future.

Be Successful, Make a Difference with a Clear Mind !!!

* * * * * * * * M E R R Y C H R I S T M A S * * * * * * *

Accepting life as it is a multi-faceted concept. While it's good to accept circumstances and people as they are, it would be unwise to act out of blind faith or dejection: Either we say things will happen if God or destiny wills it, or that things are never going to improve so why bother.... Both perceptions spread a negative vibration. Acceptance means I don't confront a situation or person simply because things aren't to my liking, as this drains me of energy I could use to reform the problem. With a clear mind, heart open to the unexpected, and willingness to make a difference, I link myself to God and take His energy to be successful in my goals.

Positive Enchanting Quote !

It's a wonder how God manages to be so enchanting since none of His uniqueness can be attributed to the parameters human beings normally associate with an attractive personality such as etiquette, education, fashion sense, social contacts etc. Though God's purity, wisdom, power, love... are intangible, when I am soul-consciousness I get exposed to God's unparalleled magnetism. The more I stay in this spiritual magnetic field, my mind and heart experience a slow but permanent change by appreciating myself and others for more than physical qualifications.

Power Of Silence !

Sometimes you are trying to remember something, its within your reach, on the tip of your tongue, but it is just isn't coming out. Everyone around is suggesting something or trying to help, but in reality not helping at all. You wish for a moment of silence, so that you can dive into your memory bank, for you know that is the only way you will be able to remember. This is the power of silence in action. Many, not recognizing its power, do not value it. They turn their heads away from the thought of a few moments of silence. They feel it a punishment.

When we find our thoughts moving in many directions because of external demands on our attention, we need to stop, take a rain check on everything and experience silence. This power of silence is essential when we want to plan for the future, we should silence unnecessary thoughts and think of a point in question. So when you get an opportunity of a moment's silence, don't waste that precious moment. Use it to store the strength within that is so necessary for dealing with the world without.

Discipline Your Mind For Positive Effect !

Am I comfortable with silence? Or does the mind get fidgety when I am physically silent and bring up questions and uncertainties related to my life and relationships? Silence to some is boring and unproductive but that depends on my thoughts. I have two magical tools in hand: the mind and intellect. When I teach both to work in synchrony, I create for myself unforgettable experiences of empowerment, love, wisdom, compassion, forgiveness, far-sightedness... In silence, I can detach from my body, task and relationships and see which next step would be beneficial for myself and others. The more I discipline the mind with love, it will become my closest friend.

Spread Love For Others !

Live in such a way that love informs every action! When we have learned to live like this, nothing will disturb us. Our contentment and good feelings towards others remain constant. We become free. The power to live like this comes from inside, not from outside. That is why we stay free, with no expectations from others, no frustrations. To live like this requires us the let go off certain beliefs and habits that drain us from this strength and interfere with our ability to love. Some times they become so deep-seated in us, that we are not aware of its presence.

Great Interesting Thoughts !

You live in a body and that has to be known, not physiologically, as a machine, but spiritually, as a temple. When you know it physiologically, you cure it with chemicals; when you know it spiritually you cure it with thought. And when its health is based on thought, it becomes a thought, it becomes a source of health to others - a refuge. When its health is based on medicine, it becomes an attraction to others and so a trap.

A Thought Provoking Quote !

Who are you that lives in the body? You are a thinker, and what you think creates the atmosphere in the 'temple', and the atmosphere determines how much love there is in your life. A poor thinker in a smart machine attracts friendship with a motive; a rich thinker in a temple attracts love. And the love that you attract today is the foundation of your future, so though it is earned slowly, its depth is worth it.

Attractive Positive Statements !

When your thoughts are unusual and far-reaching, your body becomes the same. Arms move easily, the body ceases to be a machine which needs fixed things - it becomes alive as you are, for deep thought penetrates and changes even matter. To the point where consciously, you can invest virtue in your limbs and the work that they do, up to now a chore, will reach out and touch people. This is good administration, for then your heart isn't just pumping oxygen to the organs, it is drawing people together; your brain is not just sending messages to the limbs, but to other people.

Be Stronger From Within !

In life we get attracted and become attached to a particular object, person, relationship or situation. Attachment seems to be the normal state of our living experience. We seek it without a second thought. Is attachment a desirable state? When a person develops a strong attachment, he is likely to become sorrowful when the attachment is broken or diminished. His emotional and mental state suffers. The broken hearted, the vindictive behavior, the hatred, the jealousy and sometimes suicides are the result of broken attachments. It is a risky business to make the happiness of others our total happiness; to experience the difficulties of others as our difficulties. We should not build our life to such an extent around someone else's life or any object so that when anything goes wrong we cannot function or we fall apart. It is healthier, stronger and much more in wisdom to love everything and everybody, play our roles and perform our duties to the maximum with everybody and still remain detached. We will be able to provide more help to others when we ourselves are strong from within.

Mental Strength Is Important For Stability In Life !

Observe how easily the day would pass if you were able to move freely without being affected by the negative attitude of others. Imagine how much you can accomplish if you were able to remain constantly in a calm and peaceful state rather than fluctuating up one minute then down the next. Every time you lose happiness and go down, just see how much energy is needed to take yourself up again. If you learn to remain constant, not only is energy saved but you will find that your mental strength increases and of course with mental strength and stability come the development and maturity of character. Strength of character depends upon my ability to remain unaffected by adverse circumstances.

Intelligent Positive Words !

Many times I find that my words, actions or behavior tend to upset others inspite of my not wanting to hurt them. I seem to be very happy with the situation, but others don't seem to be. At that time I am not really able to understand the reason for this and I consider the others to be unreasonable. I need to check myself when others are getting upset with me. I need to make effort to check and change myself constantly so that I am able to move along with the demands of time. This is what will bring about true contentment - such contentment that neither will I be upset nor will I upset others.

Bring About Real Change By Learning From Your Mistakes !

From all that happens, there is usually a lot of learning from which we can take important lessons. But sometimes we find ourselves making the same mistakes again and again. So although we have understood we are not able to bring about real change. Once we realize and learn from a mistake that has happened, we need to spend some time in understanding it even further. We need to ensure we don't ever repeat the same mistake. This will enable us to bring about real change.

Work Enthusiastically To Achieve More !

It is usually believed that when we are content we finish the desire to achieve and so we find no improvement in our lives. On the contrary, we also find that where there is no contentment the mind is disturbed and we are not able to give our best to whatever we do. Whatever happens we need to retain the happiness within ourselves. This comes only when we are content with whatever is happening in our lives. When we create such an internal environment, we will be able to have the enthusiasm to achieve more and more.

Effective Positive Thoughts !

The soul needs strength to deal affectively with day to day situations, as demanding as they are, and yet be able to pack up useless thoughts; to be able to take time out for itself, to store the power of peace from the Ocean of Peace. If the soul does not recharge itself it will lose the courage and enthusiasm. We need the strength to continue the fight for right, even though the forces of wrong grow strong.

Team Work Is Essential For Bigger Success !

When given a responsibility I usually think of doing it alone. I usually feel it is much easier not to involve many. I normally do this in order to avoid the different kinds of personalities that I have to deal with. This attitude deprives me of others' support and cooperation. When involved in a big task, I need to see to it that I involve many. When I involve many and make sure I make use of their specialties, even the most difficult task will be made easy. Secondly, the good wishes of all involved will be for the task, which will add to its success.

Keep A Check On Yourself And Control Every Situation !

When things go wrong, the first thought is to control the situations or the people involved. But since neither the situations nor the people are in our hands, there is no success in controlling them. This only further increases the negativity. Instead of trying to control something that I have no control upon, I need to start with myself. The more I am able to keep a control on myself with constant attention, checking and changing, the more I will be able to have everything in control.

Be Courageous And Solve Your Problems !

Many times when involved in something difficult, we begin to look for help from people even before we have started. Prayer is also one method which we rely on and wish for things to work our way. But not always do we find the help coming that is required. So we tend to get disheartened and maybe even give up trying altogether. The simple way to receive help is to first have courage. When I first take a step of courage using the force of all my resources, I automatically find others taking help from that too. For having moved one step ahead, I get the help from the resources available, from the people around, God himself & me. I thus recognize and make use of all the help that is coming my way. So I never need to beg for help, but find help coming my way automatically.

Be Calm And Experience Peacefulness !

Whenever we become peaceless, we generally tend to blame others for it. We think it is the other person or the situation that has made us lose our cool. So although we don't like to be in this state of mind, we don't make real honest effort to change it. And most of the time we don't even know how to do it, as we are not even aware of where the real problem lies. We then make those around us more peaceless instead of giving them peace, which they actually require. We need to first know the cause of the peaceless situation. For this we need to check ourselves with honesty. We need to understand clearly that there is some conflict within ourselves that is creating this situation. Then even if someone tries to create confusion, we will be able to remain calm and peaceful. Since we are in our calm state of mind, we will be able to give an experience of peace to others too.

Simplicity Means Purity !!!

Simplicity is usually considered as being plain and with no decoration. So when we think of simplicity we are not so attracted towards it. We tend to make a lot of effort to colour ourselves with a lot of other things from the outside which then become part of our personality. But in this process we tend to lose touch with our innate purity and innocence. So we are not able to express this beauty. Simplicity means complete purity. It is to be egoless and also to be free from every kind of negativity. So when we come back to our original purity and simplicity we are able to express our innate beauty and strength. Since we are natural, whatever we are doing, wherever we are, we will be able to express this natural nature.

Meaning Of Freedom !

The meaning of Freedom in having no burden - no burden of body or mind. Freedom is having such a clear vision of reality and such a powerful image of the self that the superficial bondages cannot contain you. Freedom is the knowledge that comes from knowing what your role is and playing it accurately. Freedom is freedom from fear and anxiety. Living from a position of freedom gives us the opportunity to make choices beyond the ordinary because then we are living beyond all bondages - even the bondage of actions.

Inspiring Positive Sentences !

When we hear something new and worthwhile from someone, we naturally get the feeling to bring that into our practical life. But it is then soon forgotten and doesn't become part of our life. It remains theory in our mind, and after sometime we are not inspired by it anymore. We either don't have courage or are discouraged with our past experiences. We can bring something we know into practice, only when we are able to experience it at some point. For this we need to make a plan to actually find a space for what we know to come into practice. When we start even mechanically, that particular point brings experience in our lives. Then we naturally further experiment with it.

Possess Positivity To Put Out The Fire Of Anger !

We do maintain positivity to the one who is positive to us, but it tends to get difficult to be positive to someone who is negative towards us. It normally seems so easy to react negatively. But this only further worsens the situation as neither is willing to bring about a change. The only way we can still be positive when someone is behaving negatively towards us is by reminding ourselves of our own inner power. When we are connected to what we have, we are able to be a giver without expecting anything. The cool water of our positivity is the only way we can put out the fire of anger.

Great Positive Sentences!

Whenever we face problems we tend to blame situations and people and feel that these problems have come to take away our power. We begin to wish for something to happen to change the situation so that we can be free from the problem itself. But it normally seems to take a long time before the situation changes. The only way we can be free from the problem is to create a solution for it. The situation will not change on its own but we need to create some solution for it. This is what brings inner strength which is because of what we have discovered within while working on our problem.

Keep Your Mind Cool And Calm !

Whenever we are faced with difficult situations, we are not able to have positive thoughts at that time. We come under the influence of that situation and continue to create negative thoughts. So we are not able to do anything to correct the situation, nor are we able to learn from it. Since we cannot change the situation that we are faced with, we need to take care to increase our own power. When our own state of mind is more powerful than the situation, I am able to keep my mind cool and calm. Thus I am able to take a new learning from every situation and in turn make myself more powerful.

God’s Blessings Are Always With Us !

Normally we feel that only if we have God's love and mercy can we move forward and progress. But we are not always sure about what God has in store for us. So we wait for something to happen before we can achieve purity and perfection. It is in fact the other way round, that the more we come back to our pure form, where we are clean and clear inside, the more we become worthy of God's love and blessings. It is these blessings that further strengthen our own specialties and help us progress.

Make Positive Changes To Overcome Your Weakness !

The normal reaction to negative situations (situations that hold a threat for me) is to react with negativity (with my weakness). But the problem with such a reaction is that each time I use my weakness it only gets further strengthened, and becomes a part of my nature. I need to remind myself that only when I free myself from my weaknesses can I bring benefit to myself or to others. This thought will enable me to constantly check myself and put in constant effort to change myself too in overcoming my weaknesses.

Contentment Within Helps You To Serve Others Better !

Sometimes we try to fill the gap in our lives, by doing something good for others or by serving others. When we want to do something good for others, we look for the contentment that service brings, but this too may not be the solution. The pre-qualification for serving others, i.e., to give others, is to have contentment within. Only when we have this specialty can we serve selflessly with whatever resources we have. We are able to use all resources well for others' benefit and we are free from expectations too.

Honesty Helps You To Deal With The Situation !

We normally understand honesty to be free from lying or free from falsehood. So although we try to be honest at that level we are not able to sustain that, as we face challenges from the environment. True honesty is more connected with our innate nature, than just being free from lies. When we are honest we are able to see what we need to do according to the situation. We are able to bring about a change in such a way that we never repeat the mistake that we have committed.

Create Harmony With A Calm State Of Mind !

When we have to do something big and we are not able to do it on our own, we expect help from others. But not always do we get that help. This further gets us into a state of negativity and we are not able to give our best. This also in turn affects our relationships. We need to have a long time of practice of doing good things, which get us blessings and good wishes from others. It is these good wishes which help us at the time of need. Also due to this, even if things go wrong, we are able to maintain a calm state of mind and good relationships, thus creating harmony and greater output.

Balancing Your Acts Makes You Successful In Your Relationships !

To be balanced is to have the ability to do the right thing at the right time. It is the ability to use the head and the heart at the same time. It is the ability to have love and discipline. There is neither too much love nor too much discipline. There is an equal quantity of both. When there is balance in my every act I am successful in my relationships. Because of this I receive their blessings too. I experience success in all I do and am able to enjoy a life of bliss. I am not caught up with questions about anything but am able to get the solutions in a second.

Communicate With Fewer Words For Best Effect !

Most of the times we spend a lot of time and energy in explaining to others about what we want to say. We not only waste our time and energy in this but people tend to move away when a lot is said. We are not listened to properly. A lot can be said using a few words. When we check ourselves with honesty and think of what we want to communicate, we can do it more easily with fewer words. Thus we save our time, energy and that of others too. Others are more willing to listen to us and follow what we expect them to do.

Practicing Virtues Helps Maintain Positivity !

When we face negative situations, we either become negative or we try to move away from the situation. But that too becomes a temporary solution, as the negative thoughts, feelings and emotions continue to follow us. The only way we can come into positivity, even in the most negative situation, is by connecting to our innate qualities. Deep within us are the most beautiful qualities of peace, love and happiness, which we mistakenly look for outside. Practicing with these qualities help us maintain positivity under all circumstances.

Confidence Helps You To Solve Any Problems !

When difficult situations come our way, we generally are not able to be confident of our success. So although there is a chance to do something, we are not able to give our best. Each new situation is perceived as a threat. Once fear creeps in, the situation further worsens and all chances of success are gone. When we are determined we become confident of our success. With this confidence we are able to do everything necessary till we succeed. We never let go off anything half way, but see to it that the task is completed. With every obstacle our determination further increases, thus enabling us to progress at every step. So we find ourselves getting better and better and there is success for us constantly.

Free Yourselves From The Past And Move Forward !

Most of the times we are slaves of the past. Although the situation has become past, we tend to think of it again and again. We are neither able to forget the past nor are we able to forgive. We continue to create the same thoughts and the same feelings again and again. Thus we find that we are just caught up in the past, and we are not able to learn from it. In order to move forward to the future, we need to free our mind of the past. If we learn from the past, with this learning we can move forward. We need to forgive and forget. We can forget only when we forgive and we can forgive only when we learn. When we take the learning from every situation, we are able to be free from being a slave of the past.

Create A Positive Space For Rebuilding Your Relationships !

It is so easy to speak negatively when we do not like something about someone. Sometimes we do react to the situation and get angry. We continue to find fault with that person. The person too responds negatively to our negative thoughts. And so there is no hope of creating a positive relationship. When something goes wrong in any relationship, the first thing we need to do is to keep our mind calm and cool. When we do this, we will not be caught up with the negativity of the situation or the negative trait of the person at that time, but we will be able to see something beautiful in that person. We will be able to appreciate and connect to the uniqueness of that person, thus creating space for rebuilding that relationship.

Explore Your Hidden Treasures !

When we are faced with difficult situations, we usually tend to have a feeling that we have no resources or are not able to make the best use of the resources within for best results. Thus we are not able to experience real progress. On the other hand we only tend to experience a lot of negative feelings. When we learn the art of being stable in the most negative situations, we know how to use the treasures that are hidden within ourselves. Our mind is no longer disturbed with waste or negative thoughts and we find it easy to face and learn from each and every situation.

Allow Flexibility In Your Life !

When I plan perfectly for the day ahead, I sometimes find that I am not able to implement all that I had planned for. Things seem to be coming up unexpectedly spoiling everything for me. I am then not able to be happy with what is happening and so find it difficult to do my best or what is required for me to do. It is as important to be flexible in my thoughts as it is to be particular about my daily schedule. Flexibility allows me to accommodate the unforeseen situations that come up my way and enables me to make the best use of everything. And so I enjoy everything that comes my way.

Accept Everyone In Their Own Unique Way !

We usually expect people to behave according to our expectations. We would like to see people change according to our expectations and we expect them to mould themselves with our own value system. Yet we notice that this does not happen and then we tend to become disappointed. We need to understand that each one is unique with his own specialties, and uniqueness. When we are able to appreciate this uniqueness we are able to respect each and every human being and the unique contribution he can make. So with this change in our consciousness we will not expect others to change according to my wish but will take benefit from their uniqueness.

Inspire The Best In Others !

To be cooperative to someone who is being good to you, and to get the cooperation of "good" people is easy. But not always do we get people's cooperation consistently. When we don't, it affects the task and our own state of mind negatively. True cooperation comes from a vision of hope and faith in each and every individual we come into contact with. When we have this vision, we are able to give cooperation in the right way to people. And we are also able to get their cooperation at all times for all tasks, for we will be able to inspire the best in them.

Have A Positive Conversation With God !

One of the best ways to remain light, even in the middle of chaos and heaviness, is to keep a conversation with God. Chatting to God, whose responsibilities are unlimited, about trivial matters that are wearing us down gives us a more entertaining view of life. It requires a certain stillness of mind to hear His advice, but with practice we learn to sense His perspective on our minor irritations. Since His mind radiates lightness and love, the very act of opening ourselves up to Him enables us to lighten our burdens.

Transform The Circumstances Into Positive Ones To Create A New Destiny !

When I am disheartened, I may do one of the two: I either suffer quietly by admonishing my incapabilities and fate or I externalize my problems by blaming God and those around me. Apart from the stress I create for myself and negative karma with other souls, what's important is that either way I am not solving the problem. Each one of us face disappointment at our own times, but the longer I allow these feelings to stay on the more attached they become. I can only begin to heal the situation and myself by 'wanting a change', 'wanting relief' and 'wanting something better as I deserve it.' This positive attitude works as catalysis to transform circumstances, take me closer to God and create a new destiny.

Good Inspirational Talks !

When you have the power to accommodate, you are mature enough to merge gossip, rumours, people's weaknesses and sanskars and not spread bad vibrations. Just as a mother never talks ill of her children's defects or as the ocean accepts the rubbish rivers bring along, God teaches us to be sensible and discreet. These qualities make us trustworthy and give us the power to build relationships rather than walls.

Humble Positive Words !

Ganeshji, the deity acclaimed for being Destroyer of Obstacles became so after God severed the false head of ego. What a powerful reminder of how detrimental ego can be! Ego pushes me towards all that is temporary and mirage-like i.e. connected with the body (high or low education, good or ordinary physical appearance, status at home and work, professional experiences). It traps the mind in limited, petty thinking and prevents me from recognizing the value of virtues because they seem worthless in today's materialistic, competitive world. A humble person may have to swallow bitter words and actions from time to time, however he or she is guaranteed to receive God's unlimited blessings and love - what more could we ask for.

Manage Your Thoughts Sensibly !

A great number of us wish we weren't forgetful or careless. But interestingly enough, the mind generally forgets normal, routine things but can't get away from contemplating on the past or future (could be my own or others). It's not surprising that my mind finds it hard to remember what I need for today, when it's trying to manage the traffic jam of thoughts pertaining to yesterday and tomorrow. We could argue that the past has many good things to adopt or that we need to plan for the future, but along with that I end up encouraging the past or future to weigh me down. Let me guard my thoughts carefully and not allow any leakage of the mind power.

Interact With People With Positivity !

Our words can either spiritually sustain souls or damage their self-esteem. Whether we are talking about someone's faults or weaknesses, passing comments on a situation that does not concern us, or giving private information we create an atmosphere that could suffocate any soul in the vicinity and reduce chances of improvement or productivity. Remember that it's very difficult to trust someone who speaks without thinking of the consequences. We can save a lot of time and energy by paying attention to how we interact and express ourselves in relationships.

Intelligent Positive Thoughts !

We learn a lot about someone's personality simply by listening to them. On a gross level it reveals a person's background, education, intelligence, wittiness etc. However it also brings to light one's attitude and sanskars (personality traits): How much do we live in the past or future and not the present, do we appreciate the positive aspects in situations and people, are our words spoken with arrogance or humility, does my lax nature make me speak inappropriately or does my intellect first judge the situation, time, person, and consequences before I allow words to emerge? It pays to 'Speak Less, Speak Slowly and Speak Sweetly' as it creates a place for me in other's hearts in no time.

Have Faith And Patience And Bring About Good Transformation !

Would you reprimand a young child for their mischievousness or mistakes? Though it's important to be firm in teaching discipline, a good parent or care-giver realizes that the child is innocent of how it should behave. Therefore, the approach is patient and loving. But what happens when we see adults making big-little errors? Our mature self makes us react, comment, argue and say "But they should know better..." It's true that adults have to be more responsible for their actions but that's not always the case. It's in our best interest to accept that no matter how much we correct people, they are likely to change at their own time. At times, we all come under the influence of our sanskars which compel us to act against better judgment. As we are in the same boat, keeping faith and good wishes for others (and ourselves) is the best way to guide and bring about good transformation.

Forgive And Forget To Lead A Normal Life !

We sometimes find it very difficult to forgive the mistakes committed by others. We do try to understand but are not able to understand the other person's behaviour and so find it difficult to forgive them. When I have love for myself and am able to learn from all that happens, I am able to forgive myself. When I know to do this, I can understand the other person too from his perspective and can easily forgive him.

Powerful Resources Should Be Utilised For Better Life !

When there is power within, we are able to do what is required at the right time. We are able to find the resources and use them appropriately. All we have to do is to be a master and order and the right resource will be obediently accessible for use. To say "I will try to do it" is to experience failure even before beginning something. We need to have the thought that I will do it come what may. Then the seed of our thought will be of faith and not of doubt. So we will be successful in doing what we have to.

Bring Positive Awareness In Your Thoughts !

There is usually attention on the self not to perform any negative acts. There is also considerable attention not to speak any words that are harmful or negative. But very rarely is there that attention on the thoughts. Because of this a lot of negative thoughts tend to remain in the intellect causing trouble for me. I need to understand the fact that my thoughts form the basis for my words and actions. The more I pay attention to make my thoughts positive, the more it will have a positive impact on my words and actions too. Constant awareness of a positive thought enables me to maintain my own inner positivity.

Keep Your Mind Stable And Experience Worthy Thoughts !

When we are faced with challenges, we usually experience that there are not sufficient resources or we are not able to make use of our resources for best results. So instead of experiencing progress, we experience a lot of negative feelings. When we learn the art of being stable in the most negative situations, we know how to use the treasures that are hidden within us. Our mind is no longer disturbed with waste or negative thoughts and we find it easy to face and learn from each and every situation.

Check And Change Your Ways For A Positive Approach !

When we have to fulfill certain responsibilities, we find ourselves in a lot of tension. We find it very difficult to relieve the tension, specially when we feel there is demand from the situation or expectations from people beyond our capabilities. In demanding situations and in general too the way to relieve ourselves from tension is to have constant attention. It is important to have attention during difficult times, but it is also necessary to keep attention on the self even during normal conditions. Constant attention brings about "checking and changing" and relieves us of tension.

Do Not Expect Too Much From Others !

We usually have expectations for taking from others and situations. We do want the best from everything, yet we are not able to take as much as we are capable of. We try harder but are not able to get the best out of situations and people. We need to empty ourselves of all that is not required for us, before we can even think of getting the best of everything. We will be able to take the best, if we free ourselves from waste.

Make Positive Improvement In Your Attitude Towards Any Situation !

Our children, our work, are they a burden or a responsibility? If our responsibilities become burdens then it would seem that we are not content with our circumstances, and are hoping for a change. For things to be different there has to be a change whether in a gross way like change in location, or in a subtle, more meaningful way - change in attitude. For e.g. if you are given a job and told to complete it in 15 mins with no reason given for the job, your responsibility becomes a burden. Then you find out that the work is for a person whom you are extremely fond of, your attitude changes and your responsibility is no longer a burden; out of love you will finish the work faster.

With change in attitude there is improvement in every situation. Sometimes it only takes a thought to create a change in attitude, it is like a key. We often forget to use the keys we have. See how many keys you have to unlock the treasures of personality and use them as required. It is better to have responsibilities than burdens.

Good Work Always Pays !

It is very natural for me to help others when I see them in need. At that time I don't expect anything from them and continue to help. But when I need help or support I begin to expect from those whom I had helped and if they don't, my feelings are hurt. At the time that I am providing help, I need to consciously remind myself not to have expectations. Again when I need help and I find myself expecting from others, I need to explain to myself and have faith that whatever help I have given will surely come back to me at the right time. The seed that I have sown will not be wasted away but will surely bear fruit.

Bring Positiveness In Your Acts !

When there is some problem experienced physically, it is but natural for the mind to go towards it. The mind is totally focused on the ill health, as we tend to pay more attention to the sickness. Thus we are not able to experience relief from the pain. The disease of the mind further increases disease in the body. The one way that helps us get over the physical ailment of the body is to start feeling healthy. We need to divert our mind to more constructive things. This will help the mind to keep busy so that no thought of sickness comes. We also need to give ourselves thoughts of our good health. Then we would surely find ourselves coming back to health.

Think Positively To Experience Progress In Life !

Although we do have a lot in our lives, we have expectations from situations and people around us. We constantly think of what we have to get from them. Such expectations make us dependent on others for self-progress. Then we find ourselves experiencing progress only when things are going right or when people are cooperative. Instead of thinking about what we want to get, we need to pay more attention to what we have, so that we can do our best using these resources to acquire what we want. Thus we will experience constant progress in our life, whether the situations are positive in my life or not.

Determination In Thoughts Is Very Important !

There are a lot of negative situations that come our way, as we are moving along in life. During the difficult phase we tend to experience a lot of negativity within too, either in the form of fear, anger or pain. At that time the difficulty seems very big and seems to last forever. We need to recognize the fact that whatever difficulties we face are like passing clouds. These clouds come at their time and will fade away at their time too. We need to develop the determination to work on our problems with this understanding. Determination in thoughts disperse the clouds of negative situations. We will then be able to face the situation with ease.

Practice What Is Good And Worthy !

Most of the times, theory and practice become two different things in our lives. We know a lot of things, but we do not bring that into our practical lives. We only tend to talk about it to those around. So our valuable thoughts are wasted, creating a habit of wastage. We have to make effort for ourselves. We need to start applying into practice what is good and worthy. The first step is to understand. Having understood we need to sustain these thoughts by bringing them to action. Not only will our lives be enriched, but also there will be power in every thought of ours.

Practice To Possess Only Positive Thoughts !

We do pay special attention to keep our actions good and worthy. We also have a good amount of attention on our words. But we hardly ever think of our thoughts. When certain thoughts become repetitive they tend to have a hold over us. It is important for me to keep a practice of having positive thoughts. When we have this practice of positivity, there is power in our thoughts. Each and every thought becomes a treasure from which we can draw a lot. Our words and actions, then automatically become powerful too.

Check Your Words !

When someone disbelieves me I usually tend to argue back and try to prove my point to the others but find that I am not able to convince them. Yet I find that the more I talk the less I am listened to. And I only end up getting frustrated. When someone challenges the truth of my words, I need to check within myself if there is something that I can correct or learn. When I learn to do this, instead of being stubborn with what I have to say or blaming others, I find it easy to tolerate.

Find Positiveness In Other’s Acts !

When someone says something that I don't like, I usually see the other person's negativity and continue to find fault with him. This is usually because I am not able to understand the particular situation. I need to recognize the fact that people in my life are there for a reason and I can learn from everything that happens through my interactions with them. Recognizing this fact will stop me from blaming others and start using each learning for my own personal growth.

Keep Out Of Low Phases And Think Positively !

Whenever things don't go the way I want them to, I start thinking negatively and end up feeling low. The more I think negatively the worse I feel. The negativity inside me increases and I spread it around by reacting negatively with other people which in turn gets me depressed. I need to constantly remind myself that thinking is actually feeling. All I need to do is to control my negative thoughts and deliberately induce positive thoughts. This way I will be able to control the way I feel about a situation or a person and keep out of the low phases that I otherwise go through.

Have Positive And Good Wishes For Others !

When we come into contact with others, it is easy to see their negativity or weaknesses. Then through our words and attitude, we repeatedly remind them of their weaknesses. So we tend to become a reminder for others for their own negativity. This in turn negatively influences our every interaction with others. Making others aware of their specialities and subtly encouraging them to use these specialities is a great help that we can do for others. When we are able to give this unique help and cooperation, we not only find benefit for others, but we are also able to get the good wishes of others. Even others naturally become positive with our positive attitude.

Create A Special Feeling For A Task To Carry It Out Successfully !

Sometimes, while doing even a special task, our consciousness tends to become ordinary because of negative feelings for the self or others. Such thoughts make even a special task into an ordinary one. So what has to be done in a beautiful way is done in a very ordinary way. So there is a tendency to just perform action and finish the task at hand, which does not bring speciality and accuracy as much as it should. We need to understand that as is the consciousness, so is the feeling behind the task, and therefore its quality. When we are able to start each task with a special consciousness, like "I am victorious", or "I am powerful" or "this task is for the benefit of all", we are able to experience the speciality of doing the task. We are also able to increase our state of self-respect, whatever the task or however simple it maybe.

Behave Positively With Others !

Sometimes we are caught up with negative feelings like jealousy or hatred towards another person. These feelings naturally create misunderstanding and conflict. Even if the other person has a good feeling while doing something, a negative intention is attributed and this naturally changes one’s own behaviour or response making it negative too. Instead of being caught up with negative feelings, we need to wear the glasses of seeing specialities. Like the one who wears coloured glasses sees everything to be of that particular colour, we too will then see only the specialties in others. This will help us to free our mind of negativity and we will start behaving positively with others too.

Maturity Lies In Accepting Responsibility !

Accepting responsibility without feeling burdened by it may seem unrealistic. Yet it is possible so long as we stay close to our inner self and strength. If we are willing to trust them, spiritual principles and values work like unseen hand guiding everything in a beneficial direction. When we remain aware of this force at work, we can accept responsibility and strive to fulfill it without worrying about results.

Observe Benevolent Ways Of Seeing Things !

Protecting our sense of optimism is the best way to remain cheerful. We can do this by starting the day with meditation to pour light and love into the scenes we are likely to find ahead of us that day. And then if we keep touching base with God's mind and His benevolent way of seeing things, the inner happiness we experience will help us pass through any situation without feeling weary.

Important Timely Thoughts !

There is no time like the present. The present provides opportunities for improvement because whatever step we make will either take us up or down, forward or backward. The present gives us the chance the chance to lay a brick for the future. The past cannot change, but the present brings with it the time to change, to build and improve - time to fill ourselves in the areas we are lacking. As the scene of life's Drama brings gifts with it, we must look for presents in the present. They are present, easily visible in light and easy scenes but cleverly hidden in dramatic scenes. To develop the habit of letting present become past without finding the gifts it has brought is to be a loser.

Faith Makes The Impossible Possible !

When we are continuously being battered by the storms of life, and our very spirit is ebbing away, then all we need to do is hang onto that gift called "Faith" that one support which will weather the storms. Faith does not depend on a clever head, only belief; belief in the self and the strength that lies within. Faith is the seed of victory and the foundation of making the impossible possible.

Take Critizisms Positively !

Criticisms are good things. They help us look at ourselves, to check and improve. There are situations where you feel that nothing you say or do seems right, where there is constant criticism. How do we satisfy people at that time? We must first be satisfied with ourselves before we can satisfy others. If we do not have the power to quickly change the negative attitude of others, we must atleast start with ourselves. Change our attitude towards the one who is constantly criticizing. Adopt more positive approach. Positive thoughts, words and actions will eventually bring positive results. Continue acting in this Godly manner. Atleast God will be pleased with you.

Develop Self-Respect To Become Better Human Beings !

Self-respect is often mistaken for arrogance when in reality it is the opposite. When we can recognize all our good qualities as well as our faults with neutrality, we can start to appreciate ourselves as we would a dear friend and experience the comfortable inner glow of respect. To embrace the journey towards our full potential we need to become our own loving teacher and coach. Spurring ourselves on to become better human beings we develop true regard for ourselves and our life will become sacred.

Determination Is A Most Important Quality !

Determination is an essential quality to nurture if we are to continue on our spiritual journey. No matter how much enthusiasm we have or how clear our aim is, without determination we will give up sooner or later. In times of challenge, we take care that determination does not lead to stubbornness; then we can let go off resistance and not oppose anyone or anything with our mind. Instead, we take time for meditation, reflect on the most compassionate way to deal with situation, and quietly wait for an approach to present itself.

Always Give Your Best To Others !

The indication of balance in life is a sense of well-being, optimism and a clear conscience. The foundation for achieving this is to look after ourselves spiritually - making our mind peaceful, loving and thoughtful at all times. Then we will instinctively know how much time to spend on our own well-being and how much on fulfilling other responsibilities. We can only give our best to others when we are ourselves at our best.

Experience The Energy Of God !!!

God'. It is a loaded word which, for many people seems incomprehensible. This is unfortunate because there are so many personal experiences of direct encounters with the One who is the purest source of truth and love. If we attempt, as some do, to make our approach to the Source easier by making it an impersonal one, we deny ourselves the essential richness and nourishment of a personal relationship. When the meditator practices meditation with purely spiritual intentions they are aiming to enhance their own level of enlightenment and create a state of being that is open to receiving directly the light and love of the spiritual parent whom we all share. Contrary to some popular beliefs it does not take many lifetimes to master. However, it is an extremely personal and spiritually intimate relationship where the energy of God is directly felt.

Simple & Pure Thoughts Have Great Power!

Purity of spirit is a beautiful state of being. It comes when we are willing to open our soul completely to the pure energy of God and let all the vestiges of negativity with us be gradually washed away. As purity increases, thoughts become simpler, fewer and infused with love and compassion for everyone we meet. Pure thoughts have remarkable power. Plans made in such a state of benevolence are blessed with success.

Understand Your Original Personality !

A majority of people build their identity around physical achievements, position in life, relationships, and other's opinions, which is like grasping a mirage in the desert - there is no substance or permanence. Rajyoga teaches us how to understand our original personality as 'souls' and re-emerge our divinity through the remembrance of One Supreme. No matter how much others or even God may try to convince me that I am a worthy individual, until I visualize my own goodness and nurture my self-respect, I cannot do anything with my life. God loves me no matter what I may be like and makes me realise my 'self' by loving me unconditionally.

Take Good Care Of Your Greatest Treasures !

If we recognize inner treasures we will be able to use them well. Time, energy and thoughts are one's greatest treasures. The ones who recognize these treasures are able to look after them carefully and use them for the benefit of all. None of these inner resources are ever wasted. When these treasures are used properly and are put to full use, they bring in the best external treasures too. When I am in touch with myself and give attention to myself, I am able to recognize these inner treasures. These treasures keep me rich at all times, even when external circumstances are not so favourable. Further use of these treasures makes me only richer and richer.

Everything Happens For The Best !

To enjoy a carefree life, renounce the consciousness of I and mine. The more we surrender our ego, the lighter and easier our life becomes. The consciousness of I and mine either makes us arrogant or weak. It creates a lot of conflicts in relationships and finishes the beauty of life. When we consider everything we have as God's property then our responsibilities become His responsibilities. He fills us with extra specialities and powers to carry out His task no matter however daunting it may seem. When we surrender our will to Him everything happens for the best.

Accepting Responsibility For All Your Actions Is A Sure Act Of Maturity !

Responsibility is being willing to be accountable for what you do and also what you do not do yourself. It means accepting credit when things go well and also correction if things go wrong. It is the ability to respond ably. I practice Responsibility when I take my agreements seriously, focus on what is required by me and not on someone else's part, when I am ready and willing to clear up misunderstandings. I give my best to all that I do and keep my promises. I welcome praise and correction for my actions.

Move Forward In Life To Discover A New Learning !

We should have courage to work on the self is to find the beauty within. Situations come that challenge one's own strength. At such times the mind tends to become weak displaying weaknesses. Then there is no courage to look within. The one who is able to be introspective at that time is able to find a new learning. He is thus able to express the beauty that is lying within. When we understand that at each step of our life, situations come to bring out some quality from within, we'll never be afraid of situations. We'll have the courage to challenge our own assumptions and move forward based on the learning that we get and the beauty that we have been able to discover.

Humility Is A Great Virtue !

Humility brings excellence. Humility means there is no expectation of being perfect always. So whatever is done comes naturally. There is no feeling of threat about others' opinion, but the one who is humble is able to express inner talent without any fear and expectations. So humility takes one forward towards excellence: When I am humble, I am able to stabilise myself in my state of self-respect always. This naturally is felt even when I am not able to bring perfection in my actions or even when others are not satisfied with me. Internally there is a feeling of satisfaction, knowing that I am constantly learning and moving forward.

Face All Problems With A Clear And Healthy Mind !

Whenever we are faced with a problem, we naturally begin to worry. This worry makes us have a lot of waste thoughts. We don't find the solution, yet we can't stop worrying. A worried mind filled with waste thoughts cannot find the right solution. The only way to find the right solution is to keep the mind free from worry. For this we need to first have the faith that there is a solution and we will find it. When we thus keep our mind free, our intuition works well and we are automatically able to take the right decision.

Show Your Gratitude To Touch Other’s Heart !

The intention and the action of gratitude is the inner symphony of the heart. It opens to sing with thanks for the smallest of things. To hear a bird sing, to see a child laugh, to receive a friend's affection - are all invitations to practice the attitude of gratitude. Gratitude is the kind of loving thanks which touches another's heart in a place where they will allow you to reside for a long time.

Intelligent Quote on Victory !

If you ever find yourself defending a position, explaining why, or justifying anything, it means you have been defeated. It means you have not been able to accept the others point of view, or the fact that you may be wrong. Fear has conquered your mind and your heart. Your defences are up and you are running scared. It's not that the other person has conquered you, it's the self-created fear that is in control. Until you can accept the other (you don't have to agree) and you are not threatened by the other, your victories will be delayed. It's a funny old world when true winning is accepting not resisting, when victory is found in the wisdom to stop fighting and to begin engaging.

Great Thought On Spirituality !

The deepest wounds we all carry are locked in our subconscious (out of our awareness). Deep memories and subtle impressions, from unfinished experience, rooted in the past. The pain from those wounds comes to revisit, to block and paralyse us in the moment called now. We all know it comes without warning - "Why am I feeling this way, I didn't mean to do that, I don't know what made me say that." Healing does not mean finding and treating every single inner scar which send it message to haunt us. It means going even deeper, past those wounds, beyond those distant memories and recording of unfinished business, to the core of our self, to the heart of our spirit, where we find the light and warmth of our own core qualities of love and peace. They are eternally present within us they are what we need to heal all our inner wounds. That's why this kind of deep healing is called spirituality and not therapy.

An Important Positive Thought !

It is much easier to note what one doesn't have than appreciate what one has. So whenever challenging situations come our way, we tend to see what we are lacking. When there is such an attitude we are not able to make any effort to change the situation. We then tend to blame others or give excuses. During challenging situations and even otherwise, we need to make special effort to appreciate and use what we have. When we continue to make effort in this way, every challenge will allow us to discover and use hidden resources, thus making us richer. So we would be able to experience constant progress.

Always See Good In Everything !

We are usually controlled by our sense organs. For example, whatever our eyes see, we are distracted with that. Thoughts continue to wander in that particular direction and we have no control over them. At that time even if we do try to control, we find it very difficult. The stimulus the sense organs get is not in our hands, but how we choose to respond definitely is. So we need to give the training so that we see only positivity in everything, i.e., we also have the power to transform even negativity into positivity. Then at the right time, this training will help us keep our sense organs under control.

Accumulate Positive And Powerful Thoughts Only !

We do have a lot of thoughts to bring about a change in our lives. But most of the times we find that we are not able to bring this thought into practice. As time passes by the thought too loses its importance and we find ourselves caught up with waste or negative thoughts. We need to keep a chart of our waste and negative thoughts as well as our powerful and positive thoughts. Only when we are consciously aware of how much we are spending through our negative and waste thoughts and how much we are accumulating through our positive and powerful thoughts can we be determined. We also are able to increase our accumulation and thereby increase inner power.

Show Your Positive And Beautiful Mind !

While we spend much time 'making up' our faces to ensure our appearance is beautiful for others, we forget to make up our minds. This is not about making decisions. Making up our mind means ensuring that our thoughts are positive and our feelings towards others are filled with good wishes. When we do, others begin to sense a deeper beauty emanating from behind the skin! This is inner beauty. Don't hide behind your face. Let the real you show through.

Inner Peace Is Important For Real Freedom !

When there is the connection outside without looking within, there is inability to be the best and do the best in situations. Instead if there is a constant connection within, before the connection is made outside, then it becomes easy to express the inner qualities necessary to deal with the problems outside. When we allow our mind to get disturbed over small things, it will cost us our peace of mind. We are not able to retain our inner power, which is needed to experience freedom. On the other hand, if we are able to retain our inner peace, We can be connected with our innate divine nature. We are able to experience true mastery.

Cool And Calm Mind Gives You The Right Perspective !

The usual response to negative stimuli in the environment is to react negatively. The impact of such stimuli on the sense organs is negative, which brings out negative behavior too. The one who is able to spend a few moments in silence before responding to situations is to be a master who is free from negativity. When I am a master I am able to remain stable in all situations. I have the practice of calming my mind and looking at the situation in the right perspective. My mind grows strong in its commitment to peace and truth in action. I don't allow the sense organs work according to the previous conditioning. Instead I consciously monitor, giving them right direction.

Respecting Others Will Give Us Respect In Return !

We normally expect respect from others and when others don't behave according to our expectations, we tend to get disappointed. We only think about what else the others have to give but things always don't go according to our expectations. Instead of expecting others to change according to our wishes and instead of expecting others' respect, we need to see whether we give respect to the other person or not. The more we have the practice of accepting and respecting people for what they are, we are able to keep our mind at peace (with no waste and negative thoughts). Also people start responding to our feelings and give us respect too.

An Useful Positive Message To Help You Progress !

When we consider ourselves to be big, we usually expect from others. We usually want others to give respect and be obedient to whatever we say. But not always do we find others listening to us or obeying us. We are then disappointed and try to use more of our authority in a forceful way. To be big means not to expect to take but to be a giver. If we are big, we definitely also need the understanding that we are in a better position than the other person and so we need to give. This attitude will help us get others' good wishes which will help us progress and we continue to achieve success.

Relaxed Mind Generates Power !

When there is a problem in the body, there is naturally pain experienced. The one who is caught up with the pain is not able to take the mind beyond it. Such a person usually continues to describe the pain and tends to focus on it more and more. So there is inability to use the power of the mind to relieve oneself from the pain. When there is the ability to make the mind strong even when there is a problem in the body, we are able to have the courage to win over the pain. We don't get caught up with the pain. On the other hand, the relaxed attitude of our mind generates power, which can even cure the body.

Great Motivational Thought !

Normally we celebrate for sometime and at that time forget our worries. But once the celebration is over we come back to our routine thoughts. Celebration is seen as something temporary and is in the company of those dear to us. But not always do we get such a chance to celebrate. Hence we usually keep looking forward to some new celebration. Real celebration is to enjoy the beauty and joy of each and every moment. This moment is special and it is this moment that is the real celebration. Such celebration keeps us in constant enthusiasm. So we will stop looking for special occasions to be happy but will be able to make the best use of this moment and give others that experience too, instead of being dependent on others for celebration.

Intelligent Thought For Constant Self-Progress !

Normally we tend to associate success with what we get, rather than how much effort we put in. So sometimes when things don't turn out the way we expect them to, we tend to have negative feelings because of the thought of being unsuccessful. So we tend to stop putting in further efforts for success. When we put in accurate efforts for the success of every task, we naturally try to do the best. Because of our own contribution, others too help us and contribute whatever they can to achieve what we set out to do. So there is success in everything. When we do the right thing, we will be able to experience constant self-progress, even if the result is not what we have expected.

Encourage Specialities Of Others For Their Development !

When we come into interaction with others we are concerned with their negative aspects. We are aware of where they are going wrong and we try to correct them too. But usually the other person doesn't realize his mistake. The more we try to emphasize on negativity, the more difficult it becomes to make him realize. On one hand we find that he is not benefited, and on the other, we are filling ourselves with negativity too. The best business in life is that of seeing specialties and contributing our own specialties for others' growth. When we are aware of others specialties, we are able to encourage them to use them for growth. Also we are free from negativity. Further, using our own specialties enriches others and us too. These specialties are easily available for us at the time of need, for having used them properly.

Loving Others Truly Is An Expression Of Inner Growth !

When there is true love, there is an expression of inner growth - not just for oneself but benefit for others too. When there is true love, there is the ability to express one's own qualities without being negatively influenced by others' negative character traits. To love is to know that what is being given is true. When I have true love for those around me, I am able to win the hearts of others. Since the expression of my love is consistent, others are able to return that love and give me good wishes. I find myself as a source of support for others and they are able to use me as a support for their growth.

Sharing Inner Resources Enriches Our Life !

When we think of sharing, we sometimes wonder if it is really beneficial. Normally the belief is that when we share any thing or resource, we find ourselves a little poorer with that resource. So we do not want to consistently share which is believed will bring benefit only to the other person. When we share inner resources like happiness, peace, love etc. we are enriched. Every time we give, we not only get back from others but also experience that quality ourselves. When we share our physical resources too, it is our own experience which is important than the outcome. That means, I enjoy giving itself rather than expect appreciation (which may or may not come!)

An Intelligent Inspiring Message !

When we think of resources that God has given us, we tend to think that everything should be accepted blindly. Such acceptance sometimes leads us to become passive, or even make us to get caught up in the negativity of the situation. To consider ourselves as a trustee of God is to appreciate what is happening, knowing that God is responsible. It also means that we need to be a valuable instrument and do our bit well. When we make full effort handing over the responsibility to God, we are able to do our best using all the available resources. Yet, we don't experience the burden of the situation.

Always Find The Positive Aspect In Others !

When someone relates something to me about another person's negativity, I tend to listen to it with great interest. I then find that the other person is greatly encouraged to speak about it. But such waste talk is not really useful for anyone and I find that there is no solution for the problem at hand. When someone is talking about the negativity in another person I need to question myself if listening to this is of any use to me, or if I can do anything about the situation. If I cannot do anything I need to remind myself that there is no use listening to such waste talk. Instead I need to make an attempt to look at the positive aspect in the other person so that the other person can see that too.

Meditation Helps You To Control Your Thoughts For A Better Existance !

Meditation simply means the management of your thoughts. It is to have the ability to think of what you want and when you want, without interference from other thoughts. Meditation is to develop the ability to concentrate on a particular subject without being attracted and influenced by the five senses, the five vices and the five elements.

Yoga, which is associated with meditation, simply means to have union or make connection with some object, subject, person or God. However, yoga is usually associated with spirituality. Yoga is to have connection and to have dialogue or sweet conversation with the divine source of inspiration, whom many call God. Meditation, therefore is a prerequisite or condition that assists spiritual seekers to have unbroken, undisturbed and continuous access with divinity and this experience is called yoga, another form of prayer.

Motivate Yourself To Bring About Positivity By Love And Blessings !

The world is trapped in the mire of barriers (politics, language, caste, gender) and this has distanced us from each other, and from what we require for wholesome existence: love, respect, understanding, and freedom.

We are scared to love for fear of being taken for granted but God's love is very liberating, since God's vision surpasses all physical and imposed barriers: every soul is seen for what it is and what it is capable of; no one is condemned for their past; no expectations are kept nor requests for anything in return but yet God does know the value of His love. God has the faith that love and blessings will transform negativity in His children eventually.

True love and good wishes for another soul is the seed that shall bear fruit in time. God says, you cannot love Me completely if you dislike any of My children because God cannot reside in a heart filled with hateful feelings.

Focus Your Powerful Energies Towards Your Goals !

While moving towards the destination, we generally tend to get distracted with even the little things that happen. Even a small negative or positive incident is enough to distract our thoughts from the destination. We become so busy with such things that our vision moves away and there is no movement forward. We need to first clarify our goal. Once we have done this, we need to take care that our vision is focused on it. Even when situations come by, trying to distract us, we need to remind ourselves that these are only side-scenes, which are not important for us. It is more important to keep our energies focused towards the goal.

Respect Is A Practical Form Of Love !

Love is the strength that gives you life. When you receive love you lose fear and you can give the best in you. The practical form of love is respect. Respect means acceptance of the fact that we are all different and unique and at the same time, we all have something important and valuable to share.

Humility Results in Power of Truth

Humility enables people to realize their mistakes and correct themselves. Real humility results in so much power of truth that we don't need to say anything at all in words. The very power of our inner state of being will make the other person realize the error of their ways. While giving directions or corrections to someone, I need to check my own attitude, reminding myself of the humility within and only then say what I have to say. With humility my words will be for their benefit and this will enable them to learn.

Truth Never Needs To Be Proved.

Truth never needs to be proved. Truth is always revealed at the right moment and at the right place. You don't need to be concerned about proving it. You need only to be concerned with being it and living it. Trying to prove truth reveals stubbornness. When you find that someone is not believing what you say, ask yourself if you believe in it. If you do, then you need not be concerned of proving it to others. Only where there is doubt in yourself you'll want to prove it to everyone.

Be Humble In All Situations with Your Self Respect

True humility comes from self-respect. When we are full and in our state of self-respect, we will be able to remain humble in all situations. When there is no self-respect, any comments or criticism hurts the ego and we tend to lose our humility. When I find myself getting affected by criticism, I need to check whether I am sure of what I'm doing. Let me look within myself and see what specialties I have that I can use in my daily life. So when I increase my own confidence in this way and do everything with this confidence, I'll be humble.

Move Forward With Courage

Even when things go wrong to have the courage is to ensure progress. Mistakes do happen, but we must keep our heart happy and have the courage for the future. Whatever happens there is always a lesson to be learnt which would be useful for the future. All we need to do is to take this learning and move forward with courage. When things go wrong in a big way we need to remember that those obstacles have come to make us stronger. Let us take the determined thought not to lose courage whatever happens. When we maintain courage we will find things turning out the best.

Tolerance Enables One to Learn and Improve

Tolerance enables one to learn from mistakes. When one is sure of what he is doing and he is in his stage of self-respect, criticism can be taken in the right way. This will give the ability to look within when something goes wrong. Instead of justifying mistakes there will be the ability to learn from them and improve. When someone criticises us, we need to remind ourselves that we have something to learn from it. Let us ask ourselves if there is at least a small aspect that we could learn from and incorporate in our life. Let us take this aspect and leave the rest.

Fulfill Your Responsibilities Powerfully

The one who works in coordination with others is the one who can fulfill responsibilities well. Responsibilities can be fulfilled well when there is the recognition that each one can contribute something to the task. It is also essential to create a cooperative rather than a competitive environment. Then there would be no feeling of superiority or inferiority in anyone. When we are responsible to complete some task, we need to involve all the people who can help in it. When we do this we will find our task finishing faster. Also we would find that we would get the good wishes of all the people involved in the task.

Love Brings the Power to Forgive.

The one who has love and is able to forgive is the one who brings lightness. Love brings the power to forgive. When we love someone it is very easy to forgive even when something goes wrong. Then we are able to do something to better the situation. This environment of lightness based on forgiveness inspires the other person to contribute too. This brings about learning and progress without any feeling of heaviness. When we find someone making a mistake, let us remind ourselves that if we have to help the person progress we have to forgive. Along with it let us learn from the mistake myself and provide an environment of lightness and learning for the other person too. Then the mistake will never be repeated helping him to move forward with lightness.

Move Forward With Lightness

To forgive oneself is to move forward with lightness. When we make a mistake, the usual reaction is to feel guilty about it. Consequently there is a lot of heaviness, which will not let us make the best use of the time in our hands. We will only be caught up in the past and not be able to make full use of the present. So it is important to be light yet not be careless. When we do something wrong, all we have to do is to find out the weakness that is working behind our mistake. Then we will be able to learn from it. When we do this we will be able to forgive ourselves and use every incident that happens as a gift for our progress. I will then never be stuck, but will be able to move forward with lightness.

Have Faith in Yourself!!!

Happiness stays in the life of the one who has faith in the self. When there is faith, there is obvious happiness visible in thought, word and action. Whatever the obstacles come by, faith in the self brings the confidence to face all obstacles very easily and happily. Whatever the task we take up let us remind ourselves again and again that we are going to succeed in it. This gives us the faith to go on with happiness in spite of seeming difficulties.

Be Happy & Change Negative Things into Positive

True happiness doesn't come from external things or people but from within. As long as we depend for our happiness on external sources, there is every chance that we are disappointed. True happiness is that which comes from within. It is to enjoy and cherish each moment. When we do this happiness spreads to others too. With this thought today, smile at everyone and everything that comes your way. When you believe I am happy you will be able to take even the negative things in the most positive.

Keep Your Mind Free to Get Solutions

Situations do bring a lot of challenges for us, but where there is fear or worry while facing them, there cannot be peace. As long as we continue looking at the problem instead of searching for solutions we cannot remain in peace. Let us think of something that we consider as a problem, something about which we are thinking a lot. Now let us see if we can find a solution for it. If we feel we cannot, it is better to leave thinking about it rather than to worry about it. When we keep the mind free in this way, we will get the solutions automatically.

Be Generous for Others Benefits

To be generous hearted is to bestow others with one's own specialities and virtues. The one who is generous becomes cooperative and enables others to become virtuous through his own virtues and fills others with his specialities. To use specialities in this way, is to ensure that they increase. Let us think of something that is very special in us. Today let us take the thought of using this speciality of ours for someone's benefit. Not only will others benefit with this, we will find ourselves improving too.

With Own Specialities & Virtues Move Towards Success

To be generous with one's own specialities and virtues is to ensure success. Deep within, each and everyone have treasures of virtues and specialities that could be used. The more we are generous with these treasures and use them for others' benefit, we find that they are available for us too. This ensures success in our life. In order to achieve constant success, we need to be in constant touch with our virtues and specialities and virtues. Each day let us think of one speciality or good quality that we have that can be put to use. The more we use our speciality, the more it will get strengthened and will be available for us even in the worst situation. Thus we can move towards success.

Action of Enlightenment

Rest does not come with sleeping, it comes with waking. This is both an insight and an action of enlightenment. When we are enlightened we relise that real rest is possible only when we become free of illusion and we no longer struggle against life. Illusion is the idea that people should be, and do, what we want them to. The truth is, all is as it should be, despite appearances, or our perceptions of others to the contrary. This means you can be easy on yourself, easy with others and easy with the world around you. Easiness is a virtue, an attractive one at that. It is much more influential than force. So quit forcing, end the struggling and . . . relax!
