Patience Is a Virtue and a Power Too - Patience Quotes

Patience is a virtue and a power too. Patience tells us that the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step and that we get over there one step at a time. Patience teaches us not to rush. Knowing that there is a reason and a season for everything it enables us to smile at the challenges, realizing that there is an answer to every problem. And, even though we cannot see it, yet there is awareness that within every crisis lies an opportunity.

To Be Strong Is To Watch Situations With Detachment - Detachment Quotes

To be strong is to watch situations with detachment. When a difficult situation comes our way, we think it is permanent. We do try to bring about change, but very soon give up when we don't find any change. We lose patience to work on the situation and we feel tensed and stressed. In order to pass in any situation we need to recognize and understand the fact that all situations will surely pass by when the time comes. But we don't have to get stuck with it at that time. We need to do what we can and just wait for the time to pass by.

Selfless Action will Surely Bear Fruit at Its Own Time

To know that the seed of selfless action will surely bear fruit at its own time is to be light. Sometimes when involved in a task, we tend to get carried away with the result. We become so result-oriented that we begin to expect the fruit of what we have done immediately. Without the recognition of the fact that the result might take time to come, we begin to get caught up with our own expectations. This creates a lot of heaviness in our mind and we might even give up what we are doing. When we make a contribution for something, we must develop faith that whatever has to happen will happen at the right time. We don't have to eat unripe fruit, i.e., not get carried away with immediate results but have to wait patiently knowing that the fruits of our actions will ripen at their own time. With faith this is possible and we will be able to free ourselves from negativity and heaviness.
