Patience is enduring a delay or trouble some situation without complaining. It is being calm and tolerant when difficult things happen. It is seeing the end in the beginning. I practice Patience when I set goals and stick with them until they are complete, when I do something now that will help me in future, when I accept things I cannot control with humour and grace. I am gentle with others and myself when we make mistakes.

Importance of Self Discipline
Self-discipline means realizing what is important and getting your self to do it, rather than being a leaf in the wind of your thoughts or feelings. You don’t lose control of yourself when you feel hurt or angry. I practice self-discipline when I get things done in an orderly and efficient way, when I use detachment so that my emotions wont control me, when I create routines for myself.

Confidence is having faith in someone or something. It means you trust that you have what it takes to handle whatever happens. It brings the strength to try new things. I practice confidence when I learn my own strengths and weaknesses, when I practice until I master something, when I am willing to try new things, when I am free from worries.
