Bring Positive Change in Others !!

You can bring transformation in others when you have faith in them. 

When you blame others for their weakness they will not able to change themselves. Instead when you have faith in others, it enables them to have faith in themselves too. This will give them the courage to work on themselves and change their negativity into positivity. Think of one person whom you want a change in. Tell yourself again and again that you believe that he will change. Also whenever you interact with this person let it be with only with the positive in him.

Move One Step At A Time !!

Instead of changing many different things at once, make a small change and when you're comfortable with that change, move on to the next small change. Notice small improvements and bask in your inner appreciation. Your confidence will increase. If there's one or two slip ups, cut yourself some slack. Stay positive and get back on track. Also, have resolutions reminders. Then you'll be less likely to stray from them!

Faith Gives You Confidence & Gives You Hapiness !!

Happiness stays in the life of the one who has faith in the self. 

When there is faith, there is obvious happiness visible in thought, word and action. Whatever the obstacles come by, faith in the self brings the confidence to face all obstacles very easily and happily. Whatever the task you take up remind yourself again and again that you are going to succeed in it. This gives you the faith to go on with happiness in spite of seeming difficulties.

Throw Away Anger & Ego To Move Towards Positivity !!

'I expect' is the great illusion, which converts itself into demanding rights without due respect for others. 

Anger in all its forms is a direct result of an expectation not being fulfilled and brings cries (although sometimes silent ones) of 'They should have done this', 'Why did this happen?' or 'Don't you know better?' Disappointment, accusations and demands are violent energies, which we throw around very naturally and easily in our daily life when our expectations are not fulfilled. They are like a burning fire that eats away at our original spiritual qualities, turning them to a dust that pollutes the self and others. 

Instead, let us continue to practice returning our thoughts to the self and remembering our original source of peace. In that experience of deep, natural peace, we will find balance and clarity and the ability to tolerate and adjust to the unexpected. 

One of the keys of meditation practice is to quickly gather our thought energy and take it inside to connect to our original qualities, no matter what may be happening outside, or even inside! 

Let me disconnect from the external and plug in to the internal energies that support me and then I will be able to say goodbye to anger very easily.

Learn To Tolerate & See The Improvement !!

Those with the power of tolerance will be content and will make others content too. 

When you tolerate, you will find yourself improving. This will make you feel satisfied with yourself and you will become a support for others too. This will make them content with themselves and with you too. Each day make it a point to learn at least one thing from all the suggestions that you get throughout the day. When you keep this in mind you will be able to tolerate even negative comments very easily and you will find yourself improving.
