To have attention is to be free from tension. Tension comes when little things are neglected and they result in big things. The attention that is needed is not paid and so they result in tension. When there is attention at every step, little things are taken care of. Attention also means constant checking of the self and introspection, which brings self-correction immediately. When we have attention on little things, we are able to keep our mind cool and calm. Challenging situations or people don't take us away from our state of well-being. As we are in constant touch with our own inner qualities, we are free from the influence of the outside environment and we move on towards further empowerment.
