Leave Resistance & Embrace Change !




Where change results in resistance or fear, 
ask yourself the question 
'What is the learning that is happening for me at this moment?' 

If you continue to resist, that negative force will push you into more resistance. But when you learn to let go of resistance and simply move with the flow, having the faith and trust that there is something of benefit here, then you can embrace change and let go of fear.

Start With Good Wishes To Fade Negativity !




Your generosity will make you free from feelings of negativity. 

When you are always generous, you are always a giver. You will not expect anything from anyone. Thus you will always be free from such negativity like jealousy, hatred, inferior feelings etc. Identify one person for whom you have negative feelings. Now spend a few moments each day giving good wishes to this person. When you become a giver you will automatically find yourself wishing the best for that person and your negativity will fade away.

Pull Up Yourself with Positive Attitude !!






Notice how many times you put yourself down during the day. Include what you think and say, even words spoken in jest. 



Pay particular attention to how you react to your mistakes and poor choices. 

Instead of putting yourself down, affirm positive messages about yourself. Treat yourself gently and with respect. You deserve it. 


Think of yourself as a child who is learning to walk; you need encouragement - not criticism.

Love Makes Things Easier !!





When there is love, you can tolerate easily. 

Love makes you free from expectations, which enables you to accept people as they are. You can then go within yourself and discover your own strengths. You will automatically be a giver in all situations and you can tolerate very easily. Think of one person in whom you were not able to tolerate some quality. Now tell yourself that just as a mother accepts her child even with weaknesses, you will accept this person as he is. When you change your attitude towards that person you can be tolerant.
