Be In Constant Touch With Oneself And One’s True Nature !

Introversion brings out the positivity within. Every human being has an innate positive nature because of the inherent qualities of love, peace, happiness etc. that are within. Introversion, the practice of looking within, enables one to be in constant touch with oneself and one's true nature. It helps express these qualities in everything that is done. Because of having practiced for a long time with them, these qualities emerge very naturally at the time of need. The practice of being introverted helps us in experiencing those qualities within ourselves, which otherwise remain hidden during difficult situations. Thus it makes us have true self-respect and enables us to finish our ego. It also gives us the power to recognise and accept our mistakes, thus giving the courage to work on them successfully.

Take Good Wishes By Helping Others !

The one who works to remove the sorrow of others is the one who is loved by all. When there is the one aim of helping to remove the sorrow of others, there will be nothing negative while dealing with others. There will also be no expectations from others. Working with the natural desire to bring benefit to as many as possible, enables one to continue to contribute to whatever extent possible. When we are able to have this one desire of helping others be more happy, We are able to make a contribution for others' happiness and progress. We then find that others naturally appreciate our selfless contribution and their good wishes help us feel light and experience progress.

Life Is A Creative Adventure ! Live It With Great Care !

Amazing as it may seem, every event, every scene has some significance.Nothing is without meaning. Life is like a book – each day a new page, each interaction a new paragraph. We read books to learn, so we may grow and become more complete and more effectiv e as we play this game called life. Can you read the book of your life, can you study the scenes of your day, in such a way that you may learn and grow? To get started, take time out to reflect, review and realize something new at least once a day - more often if you can. What was really going on there? What was I feeling at the time? Why? If you do this retrospective processing, eventually you will be able to read each scene with great clarity as it happens. That's when the reader becomes the writer, and life becomes truly a creative adventure, where we are able to see and appreciate the significance and meaning within every scene, and know exactly how to respond.

Sit Quietly And Check Your Own Mind !

Is there some time for yourself today - just for you, to sit quietly and refresh and renew. Not escaping into the TV, or thrashing around a squash court. Just time to sit quietly, focus your thoughts, check your priorities, make sure there is nothing negative pushing you down in your own mind. Take some time and be ...with yourself. If you don't, you may miss meeting the most important person in your life.
