Set Yourselves Free !

If you know a little of yourself, you will have realized that you are more than meets your eyes in the mirror in the morning. What you see is not what you are. You see the form not the content, the body not the soul, the matter not the mind. In quiet and profound moments, we innately know what is true. But we forget. The world tells us and wants us to believe that we are what we see – and we take the easy way out. We believe. That’s why the awakening of spirit and the flowering of our spirituality (nothing to do with religion) means we have to keep reminding ourselves, a hundred times a day, I am a soul – not a body, I am an eternal spirit – not a perishable piece of meat. I am quality, not quantity. I am. Otherwise, freedom is not possible. And if we are not free, in the deepest space inside our own being, we cannot be truly happy.

Where There Is Self-Respect There Is Success !

The one who works with self-respect is the one who wins the cooperation of others. When we do things in our natural state of self- respect, it creates cooperation. On the other hand if we have ego because of which we expect others to recognize our work and appreciate it, it creates competition and jealousy. If someone is not cooperating with us, we need to check within ourselves why we are performing that task. If there is the slightest feeling of trying to prove ourselves, we need to remove it. In its place, there needs to be the thought in the mind that we want only success in the task and nothing else.

Understand Situations Accurately And Overcome All Obstacles By Detachment !

Silence brings the experience of the power within. When we see with a silent mind, a mind free from questions and waste thoughts , we will be able to see beyond what is visibly happening. This enables us to go beyond the situation. It is like flying high and looking down below and we'll be able to see things clearly and also be able to fly across the barriers very easily. All we need to do when we are tired of the situation we are going through is to take some moments of silence to remind ourselves of the power within. When we get detached and watch the situation as we would watch a play, we would be able to enjoy each thing that happens. This detachment gives us the power to understand the situation accurately and overcome all obstacles.

Practice Being A Peaceful Being !

To be in silence is to experience true peace that is within. We are peaceful beings but external situations pull us away from our peace if we let them. When there is not a very positive situation that we are confronted with, we need to save ourselves from the pull of the outside situation and rely on the peace within by practicing silence. Every morning let us take a few moments of silence and practice being a peaceful being, who is totally in charge of ones-self. When we make this practice firm, when difficult situations do come we will be able to rely more on our internal peace instead of getting carried away by the external situations.

Keep Your Mind Free From Worries !

To experience silence is to become an embodiment of solutions. Situations do bring a lot of challenges for us, but where there is fear or worry while facing them, there cannot be peace. As long as we continue looking at the problem instead of searching for solutions we cannot remain in peace. So solutions are not to be found easily. The more we are able to make our mind calm with the practice of silence we are able to find solutions easily. Let us think of something that we consider as a problem, something about which we are thinking a lot of.Now let us see with a calm mind if we can find a solution for it. If we feel we cannot, it is better to leave thinking about it rather than to worry about it. When we keep the mind free in this way, we will get the solutions automatically.
