Stop complaining about your circumstances !!

It’s extremely rare to find a successful person who whines, complains, and frets about his circumstances. This is despite the fact that he may have overcome great obstacles to achieve his level of success. On the other hand, it’s extremely common for struggling individuals to continually blame their circumstances for their lack of joy and happiness.

The real question is: what came first – the attitude or the success? The answer, in virtually all cases, is that the winning, positive attitude came first, followed by a lifetime of success.

All it takes is a simple decision; the decision to stop yourself from falling into the habit of complaining about your circumstances. At first it may be difficult – even funny – to observe how often you complain.

Habits can be hard to break. But in this case, it’s well worth the effort. As an excuse of complaint comes to mind, gently shoo it away. Don’t worry about it too much. You’ll quickly get used to the nicer feelings that come from a life without complaints.

Finish that Negativity To Being Enthusiasm !!

When you experience all attainments, there'll be no trace of negativity in you. Check within yourself, if there is any kind of desire. Also check if you are aware of and have an experience of all that you have got. Where there is the experience of all attainments, there is no negativity. At the end of each day, check what you have attained throughout the day. This practice enables you to be happy with what you have and also work with renewed enthusiasm for the next day which finishes your negativity.

See Good To Be Good - A Simple Mantra !!

To see good is the easy way to become good. In all the people that you are coming into contact with check to what extent you are able to see the good in them. Also check if you are able to see good in the situations too. Each day tell yourself that you are only going to see the good in people and situations, because the more you see good, you can become good too. Even when you find yourself seeing negativity, remind yourself of this thought and change your way of thinking.

Inspirational Morning Quotes !

"I am only one; but still I am one.
I cannot do everything, but still I can do something;
I will not refuse to do something I can do."

~   Helen Keller

Tolerance is the first principle of community;
it is the spirit which conserves the best that all men think.

~   Helen Keller

I do not want the peace that passeth understanding.
I want the understanding which bringeth peace.

~   Helen Keller

The test of all beliefs is their practical effect in life.
If it be true that optimism compels the world forward, and pessimism retards it,
then it is dangerous to propagate a pessimistic philosophy.

~   Helen Keller

Although the world is full of suffering,
it is full also of the overcoming of it.
My optimism, then, does not rest on the absence of evil,
but on a glad belief in the preponderance of good
and a willing effort always to cooperate with the good,
that it may prevail.

~   Helen Keller

If I am happy in spite of my deprivations,
if my happiness is so deep that it is a faith,
so thoughtful that it becomes a philosophy of life.
If, in short, I am an optimist,
my testimony to the creed of optimism is worth hearing.

Meditation - The Third Eye !!

Meditation gives me a discerning eye - an ability to discriminate between truth and falsehood. It does this by helping me maintain a consciousness that helps me rise above competing claims to truth – the different ideologies and opinions, reasons and analyses, justifications and stories related to a situation - which can be so confusing.

Meditation opens my third eye, the eye of pure consciousness. When I look at the world through this eye, truth is not just an intellectual idea, but an experience of the heart. When I think and act in ways that maintain and deepen this experience of truth, I know I am moving in the right direction.

~ Brahma Kumaris, Mt Abu.
