Good feelings for others are like ointments that heal wounds and re-establish friendship and relationships. Good feelings are generated in the mind, are transmitted through your eyes and smile. Smiling opens the heart and a glance can make miracles happen.

Value Of Time !
When we learn the value of our own time, we give natural regard to the time of others. Promptness reveals royal manners, and punctuality is the practice of princes. With masterly understanding of time, we can lovingly show tolerance to young people who have only had a little time, and patience to older ones whose bodies have served them a long time. We can learn such patience and tolerance from the example of God, our own father.

Make The Best Use Of Present !
The gift of time that can always bring us happiness is the present moment. In remembrance of God and full consciousness of the present we have power over time. We have determination to say " I will do it now". There is no telling what time is going to bring. No knowing what will happen in the next moment. No guarantee for life. So to live each moment with all accounts settled, all duties done, everything completed is to truly live in this moment now. The ever-present company of God reminds us to make the best use of the present.

God's Love Helps Us To Change For Good!
Even if we are liberated from time past, we can create imaginary chains in the future. We cannot enjoy contentment in the present when chasing the next desirable thing. We say "I'll be happy when...", "if only.. ". Fear and false forward-looking steals from our present happiness. With faith and determined effort we can make changes in the present that shape our future. The future is a house we build today, but cannot live in till tomorrow. God's love gives us the courage to see ourselves clearly and change ourselves now.

Leave The Past And Go Ahead!
Time only moves forward. It leaves the past behind. Yet we forget to move forward, out of the past. Disappointments, might-have-beens, old sorrows stack up in our consciousness. We store files of old memories, returning sometimes to open them. To be liberated is to switch our minds from these duty old files in a second. God's compassion helps us deal with the past. We can take a tip from time - leave the past where it belongs .. in the past.

Precious Gift : Time
If we think of time as a gift, we know it is precious, we know it is powerful - but perhaps we think we have been given only a limited fragment. Each life limited to a number of days, priceless, but finite. A greatest gift is to know that we have time without end, that we can learn to master time itself. In silence and stillness we can step outside the bounds of time and know its three facets: past, present and future. Not only our own story but also the history of the world. We come to understand the great turning truth of time.
