Simple & Pure Thoughts Have Great Power!

Purity of spirit is a beautiful state of being. It comes when we are willing to open our soul completely to the pure energy of God and let all the vestiges of negativity with us be gradually washed away. As purity increases, thoughts become simpler, fewer and infused with love and compassion for everyone we meet. Pure thoughts have remarkable power. Plans made in such a state of benevolence are blessed with success.

Understand Your Original Personality !

A majority of people build their identity around physical achievements, position in life, relationships, and other's opinions, which is like grasping a mirage in the desert - there is no substance or permanence. Rajyoga teaches us how to understand our original personality as 'souls' and re-emerge our divinity through the remembrance of One Supreme. No matter how much others or even God may try to convince me that I am a worthy individual, until I visualize my own goodness and nurture my self-respect, I cannot do anything with my life. God loves me no matter what I may be like and makes me realise my 'self' by loving me unconditionally.

Take Good Care Of Your Greatest Treasures !

If we recognize inner treasures we will be able to use them well. Time, energy and thoughts are one's greatest treasures. The ones who recognize these treasures are able to look after them carefully and use them for the benefit of all. None of these inner resources are ever wasted. When these treasures are used properly and are put to full use, they bring in the best external treasures too. When I am in touch with myself and give attention to myself, I am able to recognize these inner treasures. These treasures keep me rich at all times, even when external circumstances are not so favourable. Further use of these treasures makes me only richer and richer.

Everything Happens For The Best !

To enjoy a carefree life, renounce the consciousness of I and mine. The more we surrender our ego, the lighter and easier our life becomes. The consciousness of I and mine either makes us arrogant or weak. It creates a lot of conflicts in relationships and finishes the beauty of life. When we consider everything we have as God's property then our responsibilities become His responsibilities. He fills us with extra specialities and powers to carry out His task no matter however daunting it may seem. When we surrender our will to Him everything happens for the best.

Accepting Responsibility For All Your Actions Is A Sure Act Of Maturity !

Responsibility is being willing to be accountable for what you do and also what you do not do yourself. It means accepting credit when things go well and also correction if things go wrong. It is the ability to respond ably. I practice Responsibility when I take my agreements seriously, focus on what is required by me and not on someone else's part, when I am ready and willing to clear up misunderstandings. I give my best to all that I do and keep my promises. I welcome praise and correction for my actions.

Move Forward In Life To Discover A New Learning !

We should have courage to work on the self is to find the beauty within. Situations come that challenge one's own strength. At such times the mind tends to become weak displaying weaknesses. Then there is no courage to look within. The one who is able to be introspective at that time is able to find a new learning. He is thus able to express the beauty that is lying within. When we understand that at each step of our life, situations come to bring out some quality from within, we'll never be afraid of situations. We'll have the courage to challenge our own assumptions and move forward based on the learning that we get and the beauty that we have been able to discover.

Humility Is A Great Virtue !

Humility brings excellence. Humility means there is no expectation of being perfect always. So whatever is done comes naturally. There is no feeling of threat about others' opinion, but the one who is humble is able to express inner talent without any fear and expectations. So humility takes one forward towards excellence: When I am humble, I am able to stabilise myself in my state of self-respect always. This naturally is felt even when I am not able to bring perfection in my actions or even when others are not satisfied with me. Internally there is a feeling of satisfaction, knowing that I am constantly learning and moving forward.

Face All Problems With A Clear And Healthy Mind !

Whenever we are faced with a problem, we naturally begin to worry. This worry makes us have a lot of waste thoughts. We don't find the solution, yet we can't stop worrying. A worried mind filled with waste thoughts cannot find the right solution. The only way to find the right solution is to keep the mind free from worry. For this we need to first have the faith that there is a solution and we will find it. When we thus keep our mind free, our intuition works well and we are automatically able to take the right decision.

Show Your Gratitude To Touch Other’s Heart !

The intention and the action of gratitude is the inner symphony of the heart. It opens to sing with thanks for the smallest of things. To hear a bird sing, to see a child laugh, to receive a friend's affection - are all invitations to practice the attitude of gratitude. Gratitude is the kind of loving thanks which touches another's heart in a place where they will allow you to reside for a long time.

Intelligent Quote on Victory !

If you ever find yourself defending a position, explaining why, or justifying anything, it means you have been defeated. It means you have not been able to accept the others point of view, or the fact that you may be wrong. Fear has conquered your mind and your heart. Your defences are up and you are running scared. It's not that the other person has conquered you, it's the self-created fear that is in control. Until you can accept the other (you don't have to agree) and you are not threatened by the other, your victories will be delayed. It's a funny old world when true winning is accepting not resisting, when victory is found in the wisdom to stop fighting and to begin engaging.

Great Thought On Spirituality !

The deepest wounds we all carry are locked in our subconscious (out of our awareness). Deep memories and subtle impressions, from unfinished experience, rooted in the past. The pain from those wounds comes to revisit, to block and paralyse us in the moment called now. We all know it comes without warning - "Why am I feeling this way, I didn't mean to do that, I don't know what made me say that." Healing does not mean finding and treating every single inner scar which send it message to haunt us. It means going even deeper, past those wounds, beyond those distant memories and recording of unfinished business, to the core of our self, to the heart of our spirit, where we find the light and warmth of our own core qualities of love and peace. They are eternally present within us they are what we need to heal all our inner wounds. That's why this kind of deep healing is called spirituality and not therapy.

An Important Positive Thought !

It is much easier to note what one doesn't have than appreciate what one has. So whenever challenging situations come our way, we tend to see what we are lacking. When there is such an attitude we are not able to make any effort to change the situation. We then tend to blame others or give excuses. During challenging situations and even otherwise, we need to make special effort to appreciate and use what we have. When we continue to make effort in this way, every challenge will allow us to discover and use hidden resources, thus making us richer. So we would be able to experience constant progress.

Always See Good In Everything !

We are usually controlled by our sense organs. For example, whatever our eyes see, we are distracted with that. Thoughts continue to wander in that particular direction and we have no control over them. At that time even if we do try to control, we find it very difficult. The stimulus the sense organs get is not in our hands, but how we choose to respond definitely is. So we need to give the training so that we see only positivity in everything, i.e., we also have the power to transform even negativity into positivity. Then at the right time, this training will help us keep our sense organs under control.

Accumulate Positive And Powerful Thoughts Only !

We do have a lot of thoughts to bring about a change in our lives. But most of the times we find that we are not able to bring this thought into practice. As time passes by the thought too loses its importance and we find ourselves caught up with waste or negative thoughts. We need to keep a chart of our waste and negative thoughts as well as our powerful and positive thoughts. Only when we are consciously aware of how much we are spending through our negative and waste thoughts and how much we are accumulating through our positive and powerful thoughts can we be determined. We also are able to increase our accumulation and thereby increase inner power.

Show Your Positive And Beautiful Mind !

While we spend much time 'making up' our faces to ensure our appearance is beautiful for others, we forget to make up our minds. This is not about making decisions. Making up our mind means ensuring that our thoughts are positive and our feelings towards others are filled with good wishes. When we do, others begin to sense a deeper beauty emanating from behind the skin! This is inner beauty. Don't hide behind your face. Let the real you show through.

Inner Peace Is Important For Real Freedom !

When there is the connection outside without looking within, there is inability to be the best and do the best in situations. Instead if there is a constant connection within, before the connection is made outside, then it becomes easy to express the inner qualities necessary to deal with the problems outside. When we allow our mind to get disturbed over small things, it will cost us our peace of mind. We are not able to retain our inner power, which is needed to experience freedom. On the other hand, if we are able to retain our inner peace, We can be connected with our innate divine nature. We are able to experience true mastery.

Cool And Calm Mind Gives You The Right Perspective !

The usual response to negative stimuli in the environment is to react negatively. The impact of such stimuli on the sense organs is negative, which brings out negative behavior too. The one who is able to spend a few moments in silence before responding to situations is to be a master who is free from negativity. When I am a master I am able to remain stable in all situations. I have the practice of calming my mind and looking at the situation in the right perspective. My mind grows strong in its commitment to peace and truth in action. I don't allow the sense organs work according to the previous conditioning. Instead I consciously monitor, giving them right direction.

Respecting Others Will Give Us Respect In Return !

We normally expect respect from others and when others don't behave according to our expectations, we tend to get disappointed. We only think about what else the others have to give but things always don't go according to our expectations. Instead of expecting others to change according to our wishes and instead of expecting others' respect, we need to see whether we give respect to the other person or not. The more we have the practice of accepting and respecting people for what they are, we are able to keep our mind at peace (with no waste and negative thoughts). Also people start responding to our feelings and give us respect too.

An Useful Positive Message To Help You Progress !

When we consider ourselves to be big, we usually expect from others. We usually want others to give respect and be obedient to whatever we say. But not always do we find others listening to us or obeying us. We are then disappointed and try to use more of our authority in a forceful way. To be big means not to expect to take but to be a giver. If we are big, we definitely also need the understanding that we are in a better position than the other person and so we need to give. This attitude will help us get others' good wishes which will help us progress and we continue to achieve success.

Relaxed Mind Generates Power !

When there is a problem in the body, there is naturally pain experienced. The one who is caught up with the pain is not able to take the mind beyond it. Such a person usually continues to describe the pain and tends to focus on it more and more. So there is inability to use the power of the mind to relieve oneself from the pain. When there is the ability to make the mind strong even when there is a problem in the body, we are able to have the courage to win over the pain. We don't get caught up with the pain. On the other hand, the relaxed attitude of our mind generates power, which can even cure the body.
