Even if we don't mean to be critical, We often unconsciously home in on others' weaknesses and mistakes. The more we develop the habit of noticing goodness and only holding onto the good in others and in situations, the more our own sense of well being will rise. When we continually think "He/She is wrong", we create a barrier that prevents us from reaching our own goodness.
