Flexibility is being open to the need for change. It means getting rid of bad habits and learning good ones. It means not always having your own way, but being open to the opinions and feelings of others. I practice flexibility when I don’t insist on having my own way always, when I can adjust when something unexpected happens, when I try imaginative new ways to do things.
