The most invaluable thing there is, is time, because the present time has been praised - "if not now, then never." Do not waste your time. Whilst moving around, you want to listen to a few words or you want to stop for a few words with someone, and this also takes up your time. And the more time you waste, the more the sanskaras of waste are becoming firm.
