A single positive thought can end all negativity. When we find that our thoughts are negative in a situation, we tend to have more negative thoughts and we get caught in this cycle of negativity with no chance for transforming our thoughts. In order to change our thoughts we need to consciously take a powerful positive thought and repeat it to ourselves so that we can feel and experience it.
