Do you mentally keep a note of others' weaknesses and flaws? Does it become the basis on how you relate to them?
- Realise that if you keep others' weaknesses in your mind, those weaknesses soon become part of you.
- Recognise that all humans, despite their flaws have an innate goodness within them.
- Decide to see the best and draw the best out of others.
- Re-contextualise the other person by mentally noting at least one of their good qualities.
