Encourage & Help Others To Be Positive !!

When someone's feeling low, you can help them restore their self-belief by keeping a firm, clear vision of their goodness and what makes them special.

Increase their self value by letting your vision be drawn to the diamonds (their specialities),
rather than any stones (their defects).

Take a gentle encouraging approach and never give up on anyone.

Giving Regular Cleansing To Your Mind !!

The mind is constantly processing thoughts and emotions. And that's why a regular mind cleanser is so important.

Today, free the mind from past hurts and worries that continue to live with you.

Make time to clear out cynical and critical thinking.

Influence & Inspire Others with Positive Talks !

In our relationships with others, it is good to want the best: "I hope you do very well, I  am sending you my positive energy and this is my way of encouraging you and giving you courage. However, if you don't achieve what I think you are capable of, I will not feel frustrated. I will not be dependent on you satisfying my expectations, but I will always want the best for you."

If you have faith and confidence that something will happen, it is a prophecy that must come  true. The expectations we have of someone, whether negative or positive, do have an effect on the person we are relating to.

Many investigations into this question confirm the influence that the expectations of educators have, both in the performance and in the behaviour of their students. Everything points to the conclusion that the teacher's expectations form one of the most influential factors in the academic performance of their students. If a teacher expects good results from their students, their performance will be much closer to their real capacity than if their teacher is expecting poor results.

Overcome & Control Your Weakness !!

The way to overcome your weakness is to feel that the weakness is not yours.

Check what weakness within you is not enabling you to attain success in the way you want to. Also check how many times during the day you have felt caught up with that weakness. See yourself in your perfect form and let there be the thought in your mind that the weakness is not yours and you are the one who has developed it in yourself. This thought helps you to gain mastery over that weakness and gives you the control to overcome it.

Use Peace & Silence To Overcome Anger and Stay Positive !!

In its original form, anger was not anger, not a negative reaction; rather it was the energy of a positive response to people and situations, but the response gradually changed to reaction. When we return to our spiritual identity, we begin to rediscover that capacity to be still, stable or centered, and we are they able to respond positively even to negative situations, or people. With spiritual consciousness, the energy of this negative reaction is transformed into being able to accept, understand and deal wisely and peacefully with whoever, or whatever, is encountered.

In order to extinguish (overcome) anger, one has to use peace and silence, to understand that peace is the original state of one's being; to remember that 'I am a peaceful being' means to emerge the consciousness of non-violence.

Silence, that is learning to put a brake on the mind and tongue, helps us to think before speaking and, as a result, saves us from many confrontations with others.

Each day make a list for yourself of the things that you are doing that you feel is bringing benefit to others. Also make sure you realize in your mind that you are doing it for the sake of bringing benefit and not out of expectations. This will ensure everyone's blessings for you.

Give Yourself Time To Judge Others !!

When we become slower to judge,
we become open to understanding the other person's inner concerns.

When we see the inner need behind the other person's expression, we're able to speak to what is in their heart.

Sometimes without saying a word, we're able to communicate more through our eyes, with a smile, through facial expressions, a gesture, or our posture ...

Make Efforts & Value Your Progress !!

Become the ones who make efforts continuously and experience constant self-progress.

Check if there is any doubt within you whether you'll succeed or not. If there is any such doubt it means that your effort is not continuous. Where there is constant effort you experience constant progress. Each day remind yourself of at least one thing that you have achieved for the day. When you make a habit in this way, you will be able to notice and experience the fruit of the effort that you put in.

Think Positive & Move Ahead In Life !

Be enthusiastic and make the best use of your fortune.

When things go wrong, check if you ever have the thought, "It's my fate that is stopping me from progressing." If there is any such thought you are stopping your progress. Each day start the day with a thought, "I will make the best use of everything that comes my way. The future is in my hands and I will make the best use of the present to make the best fortune for myself."

Learn To Put A Full-Stop !

You can remain stable when you learn to apply a full-stop.

In any difficult situation, check if you are having thoughts like, "why do things happen with me like this or why is this person behaving in this way" etc. you can never remain stable when you have such questions. Tell yourself that it is much easier to put a full-stop(.) than putting a question mark(?). understand the difference between worrying and finding solutions and worrying. If there is a solution, find it, if there isn't let things take care of themselves and put a full-stop.

Deal With The First Negative Thought & Things Will Be Simple !

Thoughts are like ants.
When one comes, a whole troop arrives.
One thought can multiply in a matter of seconds, and then suddenly an army of negative thoughts is on the march.

What are you going to do, to stop the invasion?
Have one determined thought to transform
a negative thought into a positive one.

It's easier to win when you deal with only 1 or 2 thoughts. Don't let the negative thoughts multiply - have zero tolerance for their presence, even if it's just for a few minutes.

Enjoy What You Do And You Will Get Happiness Every Moment !

How often do you find yourself saying, "I'll be happy when..?" Do you keep one eye on the task and the other eye on the clock? Forward-looking steals our happiness.

When we don't enjoy what we do, we spend more time correcting or dealing with a lack of success.

Instead, put your heart into what you do, make the most mundane tasks fun and enjoy happiness at every moment.

Being Impressed By Others – Is It Beneficial?

To keep our self esteem intact, we need to make sure that we do not have an impressionable intellect. Being impressed by people, in itself, is not bad, but we can fall into the tendency of staying trapped in the superfluous (excessive and unnecessary) and in appearances. What impresses us influences us and even moulds our awareness at that moment. We lose the ability to create our thoughts and feelings and these are influenced by the impression that we have allowed the other person to leave on us. Sometimes the impression is such that we completely give ourselves to it. We give up our power to the other, and we allow them to dominate our emotional world. The results of allowing oneself to be impressed are varied and on different levels.

For example, when we are impressed by the other's position; it is fine to respect the authority and the position of the other, but when we allow their position to impress us, our ability to relate to the person in a smooth way is blocked. This can make it difficult for us to be the authority in our own life.

Another example is when we are impressed by the achievements of the other and put them on a pedestal. We compare ourselves with him or her and have weak thoughts of ourselves, such as that we are not as good or effective as them, or we might feel jealousy or guilt. All of this acts as an obstacle on the path towards our own achievement.

It is good to recognize and appreciate the achievements and skills of others, but when we allow them to impress us, in some way, we submit ourselves to their influence and we weaken our self-esteem and our respect towards ourselves. Without realizing, we use the other to fill a gap that we feel in ourselves. This will not always work. It will not strengthen us; rather it will create a dependency and dependencies weaken us.

Stabilize Your Mind With Positivity !

Set your mind on the seat of stability and you will never become upset.

In all that you do throughout the day, check if you are able to stabilise your mind wherever and in whatever thought you want at the right moment. If you are not able to you will find yourself getting upset. Each morning create a positive thought for yourself. For example, tell yourself "I am the one who is in control of my mind and I can set it the way I want to." Now practice focusing on this one thought. Stabilise in this thought for sometime.

Think Positive & Get Rid of Obstacles !!

Become a destroyer of obstacles and not an obstacle.

Check what kind of feelings you are having when you are faced with an obstacle. Do you have the courage to overcome it or do you yourself become an obstacle stopping others' and your own progress with your negative thoughts. Make this practice firm whatever the situation you are in, "I am victorious and success is my birthright" when you remember that obstacles come to teach you for the future and make you progress, you will be free from negative thoughts.

Balance Your Contacts By Getting Out the Best !

You will be truly successful when you are loving and detached with the ones you come into contact with.

With all the people that you come into contact with throughout the day, check if you are able to have a balance between being loving and detached. Detachment doesn't mean to stay away from people, but to be with them and yet be detached. Make the practice of seeing only specialities, your own and that of others. This will enable you to maintain your self-respect and you will be able to find yourself both loving and detached.

Nourish from Past Memories to be Positive !

The power of pack up means I recognize the damage caused by such waste, and put an end to it. As I renew the awareness of myself as a soul, in relationship with the Supreme Soul, the needle of my attention is lifted above the groove, letting me come fully into the present.

I also learn to be selective in what I choose to remember or forget from the past. This is not dishonest; in fact, it is being honest to my task. Human beings in any case have highly selective memories. We not only see and understand differently, according to our individual interests and agendas, but our attitudes and perception also determine the memories we choose to store.

Meditation enables me to exercise this option quite deliberately, picking up those scenes from the past that nourish me and help me move forward, and rejecting memories that pollute my mind and slow me down.

Peace Brings Wonders to Life !!

Peace has a number of synonyms, which all have slightly different shades of meaning:

Serenity
The feeling of contentment and being completely full with no need for further additions to the self; a feeing of satisfaction, of wholeness of the self.

Calmness
There are no disturbances or waves in the mind, like a pool of water that is clear and still with not even a ripple to disturb it.

Tranquility
Tranquility is the state of harmony in nature and in ourselves that keeps everything in balance naturally.

Quietness
In this state, there are no sounds of uncontrolled thoughts jumping around like a monkey in the mind; our thoughts become essenceful, returning to the point, with no expansion; it is an economy of thinking that creates quietness.

Stillness
There is no movement of thoughts. I remain absorbed in one thought and, in the stillness of silence, I am at rest, with a feeling of complete detachment from everything.

Peace has the meaning of harmony, balance, order and freedom: when we are free from waste and negativity, then we exist fully serene, fully at peace with everything.

Peace is my original energy and treasure and with the practice of meditation I step inside and experience it.

Life is like a Pendulum - Experience Both Extremes & Still Centre !

Life is like a Pendulum

In our quest to seek balance, like a pendulum,
we sometimes swing from one side to the other.

Sometimes we swing wildly and maybe that's because
we must explore both extremes and all points in between.
If we don't, there's the possibility that we may get drawn to what's not been examined.

The still centre, which we crave,
is the result of visiting all possibilities.
