Peace is found within but not outside. 

We are peaceful beings but external situations pull us away from our peace if we let them. When there is not a very positive situation that we are confronted with, we need to save ourselves from the pull of the outside situation and rely on the peace within. Every morning practice being a peaceful being who is totally in charge of yourself. When you make this practice firm when difficult situations do come you will be able to rely more on your internal peace instead of getting carried away by the external situations.

Now see if you can find a solution for it. If you feel you cannot, it is better to leave thinking about it rather than to worry about it. When you keep the mind free in this way, you will get the solutions automatically.

Then the influence of others' carelessness will not fall on you but the influence of your determination will fall on the others. Take any weakness of yours and take the determined thought to overcome it. Even if you see others with the same weakness, let it not loosen your determination in overcoming that weakness. Make sure you don't give any excuses to yourself but work on it till you overcome it.

Control Self Anger & Learn To Meditate !



Don't forget that everyone is always in two places at once - they are “out there” but they are also “in here”: in their heads. If you get angry with them out there, you are not only the first to suffer, you are in effect getting angry with yourself. And that is like taking a knife and piercing it in your own body. You wouldn't choose to do that, would you? Never ever get angry. And if you do, and you will, until you have learned to kick the habit, don't get angry with yourself for getting angry. Heal the anger with wisdom and love from your own heart, for yourself. It's there. All you have to do is stop, look inward and listen. Ask someone who is already doing it to explain how. Better still - learn how to meditate. That's what meditation is for.
